85c Bakery Cafe

I have no idea why I have never tried out this place earlier. The bakery area has lots of options and for a very good price. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I left with after only spending like $10~. I’m annoyed because I don’t remember what bakery item I grabbed that was really good, but it was like some type of butter croissant, bread thingy. I wish I grabbed more of those lol. 10/10

I totally enjoyed their pastries! Their customer service staff were polite and very informative. Their chocolate crescents are so darn good and fluffy. I also bought a chocolate roll that had a type of marshmallow filling, which I did not like, but the cake itself was soft, pillowy, and delicious. The only thing I didn't like was that there were no prices displayed on any of the pastry cases so that you knew what you were paying for each choice before you got to the cashier. I will make this my special treat once a month in order to try all of their goodies!

This bakery consistently impresses. From cakes and drinks to both sweet and savory treats, everything is of the highest quality. Their offerings are light with distinctive flavors, and the service is swift. The branch at the airport stands out in the city. I'm particularly addicted to their milk raisin bun. It's a good idea to drop by at least an hour before they close, as their items tend to sell out fast.

Lot of options/variety here! A must try. The white chocolate strawberry creme filled bread was delicious. Soft and savory, yet with a mild sweetness. It goes great with some coffee or bubble tea. I also tried the Fresh Strawberry Milk tea which had a good flavor but was just too sweet. Other bubble tea places I've visited allows you to choose a sweetness level such 50% or 70% sweet. I didn't see the option here. I may have overlooked it but next visit I will ask them if they could make it less sweet. There were pieces of yummy fresh muddle strawberries as well! Lot of dessert options as well but I'm not a fan of spongy cake desserts. If you like mildly sweet cakes and spongy texture then you'd like it here. The cookies and creme mousse was good though.

This is the best chain of Asian bakery. It's a 2 hour drive from my house but so so worth it. First, this is my first time at this location but I frequented one in Orange County when I lived there two years ago. The concept is the exact same. So I loaded up my tray with a ton of baked goods. I always buy a ton of the egg tarts. They are so creamy! The red bean paste filled buns are also so good. The softness of the bread seems unreal. They are reasonably priced (about $2.50 a bun) and just so fantastic. I also love their drink selections. I recommend the mango slush! The staff is always so friendly and willing to help you select the perfect treat.
