I have been here multiple times. Every time I visit the empty cups, every table seems like they don't clean up. I love all their drink. The interior is nice, but they need to maintain cleanliness, in my opinion. Okey, this is the updated review I visited the place, and it was spotless. The lady in the front was so polite

During my visit to Austin, I had the pleasure of trying out Bambu, a Vietnamese restaurant known for their halo-halo. Being a Filipino, I couldn't resist the temptation to give it a try. Fortunately, Bambu didn't disappoint. The first thing that struck me about their halo-halo was its perfect balance of sweetness. It wasn't overly sugary, allowing the flavors of the ingredients to shine through. The generous amount of filling was another highlight. I particularly enjoyed the inclusion of coconut meat, which added a delightful tropical twist to the dessert. However, I did find that there were a bit too many red beans in the halo-halo. While some may enjoy the abundance of red beans, I personally prefer a more varied mix of ingredients. Nonetheless, the overall experience was satisfying and reminded me of the halo-halo I grew up with. Aside from their halo-halo, Bambu offers a wide selection of other dishes and beverages. Although I didn't have the chance to try them all, it gives me something to look forward to on my next visit. Overall, if you're a fan of halo-halo and find yourself in Austin, Bambu is definitely worth a visit. Their halo-halo delivers on taste, with its balanced sweetness and generous filling and don't forget to explore the other enticing options on their menu. #LetsGuide

Amazing selection of boba jellies and smoothie combos. New to boba? Tell them what you like, the staff is incredibly patient. Today we cooled down with the Bamu special, a berry lime smoothie with strawberry bursts, and a hazelnut mocha. Sweet delicious. The seating is comfy, clean and relaxing.

The coconut mocha is so good! Way better than Starbucks ANY day. They also have some amazing waffles. Worth the wait to make. 10/10.

Located within the Chinatown with plenty of free parking lots. Bamboo is the best place in Austin for the most popular Vietnamese deserts. Should be a good choice for deserts with just a short walk after having Vietnamese cuisine or shopping around. They used to have very good waffles but seems like they have recently changed the waffle recipe, it is just not as good as before IMO. Highly recommend if you like sweet treats. My favorite ones are "chè sương sáo đậu xanh", "chè ba màu", avocado smoothies, and pandan waffles. They currently open for dine-in with a piece of note on each table to let you know if the table is cleaned and ready to sit. Customers should turn the note upside down before leaving the table they have been sitting so that the staffs know it needs to be cleaned.

Come here for the Chè! Viet coffee is also good. Not the place I'd come for boba, but it's not bad either. The waffles are also delicious if you're in the mood for it. Cafe atmosphere is good for doing some work/studying.

Very good smoothies, great variety of flavors, they just need to clean the floor a little bit better because every time I go I see trash around. Other than that very nice place to get a snack.

Came on a busy Sunday around noon. Our group ordered the Fruit Addict, Red Bean Combo, and Passion Fruit drinks. I asked for less sweetness. Drinks came out quickly (within 5 minutes). We all loved our choices. So many variety to choose from, so you can't go wrong!

The wait is pretty crazy but the drinks are so worth it. I suggest the green apple with green apple jelly if you like tart. The mango smoothie is super tasty, too. Good for kids and adults alike!
