Einstein Bros. Bagels

Love the All Nighter Egg Sandwich - but it's way too expensive when i can't get it free for my birthday. Btw, I've been coming here for about 11 years since moving into my home half a block away. UPDATE 10/10/23: Be cautious using the app. Today I placed an order, paid for part of it and used a reward for the sandwich and I got an error after hitting the button to pay. However the payment was processed and showed up on my credit card and on the transaction on the app, but the store didn't receive the order and said I would have to pay for the order in store and deal with customer service to get my money back from the app. Luckily since I told the woman who i think was the store manager that I was redeeming a birthday reward and it was only 6:10am so they weren't busy yet, she made me my order no questions asked. So shoutout to that lady! Thank you. But heed my warning that you might encounter app issues which she says has been happening a lot lately.

We were right in the middle of an engaging conversation when it was time for the store to close. The manager could tell that we were right in the middle of something and let us know that it was okay for us to stay for a while longer while they were cleaning up. Very observant of her and very thoughtful to allow us to complete our discussion which truly was an important discussion. I am always impressed when people observe what is going on around them and take actions that are 100% appropriate.

This is a chain of stores I have seen around so I stopped in here for a late morning snack today. They allow inside dining as well as curbside pick up. The restaurant is clean, offers WI-Fi, and has restrooms for customers. Selection includes bagels, bagel sandwiches, beverages, snacks. I enjoyed a delectable French toast bagel with honey-almond schmear. Prices are reasonable and staff is efficient and pleasant. I will try these folks again, based on my experience. Stopped in and was disappointed to not get the good service I hoped for...wished I was asked if I wanted my bagel toasted. I did, and got a cold bagel. Not sure if it was my fault but it would have been helpful to ask me, since I don't know how to order necessarily. Oh, well.

Came in from Houston for ACL festival and I needed a good breakfast spot, something filling and good coffee. I had been to Einstein Bro Bagels before and decided this one was most convenient where we were staying. Julissa warmly welcomed my wife and I in and was patient while we oriented ourselves with the menu. We enjoyed the spot enough we made it our morning stop for the duration of the trip. The hospitality, excellent coffee, and of course big selection of bagels prepared in many ways make this a sure stop. On our last day we loaded up on bagels for the family, including a box of DOGGY BAGELS! We seriously need y’all in Houston and I will certainly seek this location out again when visiting Austin.
