Yesterday while I was at the store, the employee ,Katie, was working alone and handling all the processes by herself very fast and incredibly. She was unbelievable! She is a keeper 👏 though you should not make her work alone and hard 😉

I'm writing this review with hopes that things get back to the way they once were at this domain location. I started coming to this location as a new starbucks customer and the service i received is what kept me coming back. It was nice to place my mobile order and for me to walk downstairs within 5 minutes for it to be ready. That is why I'm giving the 5 stars. But to be frank, the service hasn't felt like 5 stars lately. the app doesn't show there's anything available, no greetings when you walk in, doesn't really feel like home anymore. I miss the old the staff that actually told me to have a good day and remembered me by name. I hope things improve. Love you all.

Good Starbucks centrally located in the primary Domain shopping center. Very convenient when you're out and about. Can get overwhelmed during holiday shopping but overall they do a good job filling orders quickly. Jun 2021 still no indoor seating allowed but outdoor is an option.

very friendly staff; nice place for am statbucks while at the Domain. Keep up the good work. no inside dine in as per Covid-19 however there is plenty space outside.

Best Starbucks. Gets my drink right everytime normally. They are so sweet, they remember my name and welcome me. Truly best customer service ever. I don’t like going anywhere else but here to get my coffee. With all this COVID, I have gone other Starbucks and they mess up my drink all the time. I definitely miss my fav barista at the domain.

This review is actually for ChungPing. The person who wrote the review right before this one. I actually work at this Starbucks and I wanted to tell you directly but I can't figure out how to message you from here. Now I can't say for sure if your experience was fueled by myself or a co-worker but I wanted to clarify something here.
I was on break until 9:38am. When I got back someone else needed a break and I was to take over for them. Some time passed before that transition took place. While I was making drinks, (and I should say that we have mobile orders and cafe orders so often times we have more drinks/food to make than the people you can visually see in line or in the cafe), someone peered over the bar to ask me a question. I stopped what I was doing to see what they needed.
This is what was said,
Customer: "How long will it be for my drink?"
Me: "How long ago did you order?"
Customer: "Maybe 4-5 mins"
Me: "Okay, your drink is in queue but you'll have to wait."
I apologize if this wasn't what you were talking about ChungPing but this was the only time I remember speaking with someone in the perspective you described earlier. I also remember seeing a guava white tea sitting on the delivery counter getting very old. Later it was gone.
I am new, 5 weeks at Starbucks and very new still to making drinks and answering questions at the bar. I realize that while I'm overwhelmed I can be sharp and shrill. I personally hope I grow out of this phase as I gain experience and get faster and more agile at both responding to needs and making drinks. Either way, I personally apologize for you experience. I also, didn't make cold drinks that day so that adds to much of my confusion concerning your case. However, if you come back, I work at 3pm today, and you find me there I will pay for your tea. And if you come back again and again and find me there, I will pay for your drink 5 times.

Very good costumer service! The girl on the cashier was very patient with us that when we was buying 14 gift cards:-$).
Place was clean, the drinks was good my family like and was happy so yes I will give a 5 star for this location.

Remember to do diferente transactions when you're recharging your reward card.
Always always ask for 2 receipts to make sure they add the $$$$ on your reward card.
Just pay attention to your receipt is all I say to those that like to use their rewards cards.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks. This is a larger one offering more to eat and drink but often mediocre service. Too often there are lines of customers while employees huddle and talk. Great place to gather to work, study, scroll or sit outside and enjoy the sun. They offer a tiny dog park. They do not offer a drive through. The nearby parking is shared among the centers' other stores. The lot is often crowded. If customer service were a priority at this store, it would be great.

My hot mocha was perfect. Wish they had my fave cranberry bliss which I paid for but turns out they didn't have it available. Had to settle for a lemon loaf slice. Good service.

I love that they open at 5:30am..sometimes I'd be running out the door without coffee in hand cause I myself is running late. But either way, if I come in anytime of the day, the service is always fast..
