Schlotzky Deli

More than anything, this review is to say I’m sorry that old lady in the red shirt in front of me was so rude and snappy with you for no reason. You folks don’t deserve that at all. The food here is excellent every time I come, and so is the service. You all did a fantastic job during the lunch rush :)

We were in the area and wanted to try out this Schlotzkys. My in-laws were with us and they hadn’t been to this place in like 12 years. So we took them there. My father in law had the Fiesta Chicken and my husband had the Turkey Avocado sandwich. My mom in-law and me had the veggie pizza. All of it was extremely good. My mom in-law loved the pizza. The have other vegetarian options like the veggie sandwich too. It was such a spacious restaurant and the cashier was really friendly and helpful.

I love Schlotzsky's! Their sandwiches are simply the best. The bread is always fresh and soft, and the ingredients are always fresh and high-quality. I especially love the Original sandwich, which is made with ham, turkey, salami, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise on a toasted sourdough roll. It's the perfect combination of flavors and textures. Schlotzsky's also has a great selection of other menu items, including salads, soups, and sides. My favorite side dish is the chips and queso. The queso is always hot and gooey, and the chips are always crispy and salty. The staff at Schlotzsky's is always friendly and helpful. They're always happy to answer any questions you have and make sure you have a great dining experience. Except when they have your food at the counter and don't call your number. Overall, Schlotzsky's is my favorite sandwich shop. They have the best sandwiches around, and their other menu items are also great. I highly recommend Schlotzsky's to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable meal.

Great food friendly staff would have been a 5 overall and for customer service but I waited an extra 15 mins during a slow period while my order sat because the girl could not read or speak English, utterly ridiculous . I do not blame her at all I do blame the moron who hired her and the woke ignoramuses at corporate who are more worried about their DEI score than customer service.Get it together Schlotzkys you are going to ruin a good thing with this nonsense. I don't think it's asking to much for all employees to have the capacity to read an order ticket without a translator.

Lunchtime, 26 June 23: their cash registers went down just as the lunch crowd began to arrive. Instead of turning people away, the manager instructed the crew to write down our orders and names on post-it notes, and continue to prepare and serve. She said she would advise us when the registers were up again, so we could pay. After I finished my meal, I asked the manager if the registers were back online. She replied no, your lunch is on me. Wow! What a wonderfully gracious thing to do! The food is great, the crew is friendly and the manager blessed my day!
