Good lunch options although a little on the expensive side. I really enjoyed the Brussels sprouts with the Gulf shrimp and wild boar chorizo - definitely the standout taco. The staff were also very friendly and we didn't have to wait long for the food.

Tried out the Dai Due Taqueria with some friends. Went around in a circle of all the food at Faregound and decided on this.
Had the Wild Boar Al Pastor taco and the Gulf Shrimp & Wild Boar Chorizo taco.
The Wild Boar Al Pastor taco was...dry. Lacked the juicy flavor that wild boar meat should have. Also it was salty. Not recommending.
The Gulf Shrimp and Wild Boar Chorizo taco was a better. Probably due to the shrimp. It wasn't that fresh nor was the flavor particularly that great but it was a good taco. The subtle shrimp flavor went well with the salty boar meat.
2 tacos was the perfect number to leave my stomach content but not overfilled. Nice atmosphere on a Sunday afternoon, not too many people, quiet, food was prepared fast.

This place is a MUST go to brunch, lunch or dinner venue. Chef is modest but the flavor is one-of-a-kind. Wild Boar Carnitas 🌮 & Antelope Taco are Ridiculous. It’s a circus in you mouth!

Amazing venison taco! That may have been the best taco I've ever eaten. I was a little disappointed it was gone so quickly, but wow was it good. I also got the churros, which came with a caramel dipping sauce. They were okay; I'd probably like them better if I weren't so used to Disneyland churros... every other churro kind of pales in comparison. 😂 Staff were super nice, and the food court staff were also very attentive, removing my finished plates for me.

The art that is their tortillas is key, pairing their meats with the right corn tortilla is of huge importance to this restaurant and I appreciate that. I love that they did pair with their community bar to pair a couple of mezcal and tequila based drinks to have with their tacos. I had their pastor, carnitas, and tinga to which are all pieces of home for me. Again, their prep was great but there is no need to overdress the taco, and allow the art that is their tortillas and meats do the talking. The salsa's are also an amazing complement.
The place does come with a price tag, I think only thing that let me downgrade its rating. Aside that, the ambiance and flavors were all worth the visit.

Most amazing al pastor burrito I’ve ever had!

Definitely very tasty tacos, and some unique options not found elsewhere (wild boar, venison, etc), but markedly overpriced. It was worth going to once, but $6 for a taco when you can get a doggone good & authentic one for $2 elsewhere is too steep a markup to account for the uniqueness. And I get that it's in downtown, and that it's in a fancy-shmancy building, but it's still effectively part of a food court.

Great tacos sold individually. A bit expensive ($6 each), but worth it for the unique options and location inside Fareground. Be warned: the tacos are VERY drippy so make sure to cover up before digging in.

Wild Boar Al Pastor taco at Dai Due’s new location standing as a Taqueria. It’s located underground at the Faregrounds, downtown. They use heirloom blue corn for their tortillas and wild, feral hogs from the Hill Country.

Creative menus and intricately prepared food. I got my wife into tacos more, after visiting this place. Lol. Worth every penny if you visit. The interesting items and mixed flavors do not disappoint.
