Torchys Tacos

My recent experience at Torchy's Tacos was marked by excellent food and service. Torchy's Escarpment has been a favorite of mine for a few years. Their tacos are always absolutely amazing and I don't have issues with their food quality/product at all. My only issue is that they've recently had some problems with putting to-go orders in the wrong place (behind the cashiers instead of on the to-go shelf), so customers are left waiting a long time for orders before they realize their mistake. They've also forgotten some sauces on my to-go orders lately. Managers are good about making repairs with customers when issues are brought up!
