Just happened to be in the area and needed some soup. Best decision ever. Great menu, service was fast and friendly, place was clean and smelled great. 100% coming back.
The Carmel apple cookie was at best 6/10 but everything else was outstanding

Usually a pretty chill place. Finally, I'm getting around to reviewing this place. Awesome sandwiches! I even have left overs. I would suggest original size unless you are extremely hungry. Highly recommend it to you.

Potbelly is a sandwich lover's dream come true! The made-to-order toasted sandwiches were delicious. The retro-style atmosphere and variety of salads and baked goods made it a perfect meal. Already looking forward to my next Potbelly fix!

Love the Italian and the Meatball, but sometimes they skimp on the marinara. Great bread, and the shakes are really good too. Only bad thing is it's gotten pretty expensive in recent years, about 15 bucks for a combo with chips/drink.

this location is smack dab in the middle of both my jobs so naturally a great option for a solid lunch in between. sandwiches are AAHHHMAZING every time but one visit I online ordered the new cold brew shake and they were unfortunately out when i arrived. the manager was so apologetic and wanted to make up even tho I was more than fine. he really made me feel something ?? I don’t know his name. manager of the year !

So convenient, delivery was quick. Order was just as expected and delivery person was exceptional ( not easy to find the building numbers on our apartments). The driver kindly called for assistance with direction and was just very kind. Really appreciated everything. Great experience.

Best sandwiches in town! I normally wouldn’t leave a review just based on a great sandwich, but the customer service here deserves a shout out all it’s own. These folks will greet you with a smile and positive attitude, and create an awesome atmosphere to be ordering food from. Nobody wants to feel like the person who is making your lunch is miserable. These folks are great at what they do and deserve all the praise for keeping this location upbeat and customer friendly. I really appreciate that!

This location is wonderful! The manager here is super friendly, and they have even managed to remember my order even though I don't eat here super often. Cookies and milkshakes are a must. I order off of the underground menu and always get a Lucky Seven. This sandwich is a true stoner's delight (not that I would know) with plenty of meat and extras.

This is my first time to Potbelly's. We wanted something fresh & delicious and they didn't disappoint! I loved the decor of the place as well. What a great experience! Thanks!

Food was good. My wife got the pick 2 and got a salad and the tuna sub. She enjoyed the celery in the tuna salad. She said the salad was very tasty. I got a big turkey sub with bacon, it was quite tasty. I do wish they had more options for condiments. They just have the classic sub shop condiments mayo mustard and vinaigrette. We would go back.
