Pei Wei Asian Diner

This pei wei is sooo good!!! They cook the food to perfection and the price is amazing for how much food you get. I've ordered so many times and they make it perfect every time. I'll continue to order from here over and over! They're also super quick! Makes getting lunch really convenient. Recommend 10 out 10

Food was great as always. All went well until we had finished the meal. The store had only three or four tables. We were visiting with each other as my relatives from out of town were my guests. We had finished all our meal and even stacked up our plates at end of table. Not once did the girl who delivered the plates come by to pick them up. I know drinks are self serve but there was nowhere to take the dirty plates myself to clear table.?? She was sitting in the to go pick up area and didn't move for anything. Not great practice for getting people to feel great about service....

Pei Wei is probably my favorite Chinese place in South Austin. It's not a hole in the wall (obviously), but they consistently deliver awesome, fresh, delicious food every time I go there. Also every time I have been, the staff has been very friendly and offers suggestions to try various things on the menu. Once, they did forget about our food and they gave us two free entrees (one for each of us). On top of giving us our original order. They definitely have a focus on customer service and satisfaction.

I really enjoyed the experience I had at this location. I had a cup of soup because I wasn't really hungry, and I liked it! I had a few bites of what my friend ordered which was some orange chicken and rice I believe. It was really good, kind of like a slightly fancier version of Panda Express I would say. I like it a lot and would totally go again!
