Love this place always great food great service great atmosphere. I used to eat the location south on stassney when I worked at lowes, and it was the same experience every time. I used to goto the location on Burnet and braker lane, again same experience. And this location I have been too couple times but years apart, and as I expected same experience and it wad lunch time they were very busy yet every employee showed amazing focus and professionalism that anyone could ask for. Which I believe not only does it give a good experience , I believe it promotes customers to act accordingly, customers are kind to each other not to just the staff. Great job folks 👏 👍 👌

I am a regular customer at this location, I am very appreciative of the service I receive from Raven and his team Yousef, Pedro and Nathan. They are very friendly and I recieve my special sandwich in a timely manner with a smile and ensure that I come back again. I would recommend anyone to go to this location to recieve there sandwich. Fresh, fast and thick! Love their bread. My fave is cherry coke and their great soft drink ice. Add salt & vinegar chips plus a fresh, huge oatmeal raisin cookie and you’ve got a super satisfying lunch. Only wish the staff were a happier bunch but being fast and accurate does say a lot about their work ethic. Keep adding rewards! They do incentivize more frequent visits.

I dropped in to this location on a Sunday morning at 11:15 a.m. recently, and I had a large order of seven sandwiches. Todd did a great job of assembling my order quickly and correctly. When I asked to have one sandwich cut in half, he asked if I wanted all the sandwiches cut in half, which sounded like a great idea - I needed to keep everyone in my group happy. He also offered a good solution when one person in my group hadn't specified what type of mustard they wanted (Jimmy John's has three types!). I go to this location pretty often and have always had good service, but Todd was exceptional!

I love this place. Staff, service, food, everything. I've also had them cater office meetings and they never dissapoint. Sometimes I have ordered and I am a little over 2 miles away, but I make it work by meeting the driver at an exact 2 mile location. They are fast and friendly! Management there is so great too, they always know my order and I love it.
