Sonic Drive-in

Everyone was nice and friendly!! I love seeing people who truly care about giving good service. I went to the drive thru and got a chili dog and cold brew... I really like the cold brew so I get it often. This time they said it was going to take a bit since they were preparing it, but it didn't really however as I was driving away I started drinking the cold brew and it wasn't good. I'm not really picky but I've had their cold brew before so I thought maybe they didn't finish preparing it and against my social anxiety I decided to go back and see if I could get something else. When I explained it wasn't as tasty as usually they offered to re-make it of o would prefer that and I said "of course" cuz I was really craving it... they even let me taste it before they served to make sure it was better and it was. They made my day, and did it with a smile malong me feel comfortable the entire time... These kind of things can really impact someone's day. So THANK YOU!!

I used to come to this Sonic when I was a kid , with my Mom and Grandma. Nack then they had booths and chairs, and you could push the button at the table and place your order. I'm not sure why they took that out. Not any major problems except ot smells like sewage and toilet very regularly. It's not because of any roadwork or pipe work being done; over the past 3 years, I've come in, and one visit, it would smell literally raw sewage, and I couldn't stand the smell so I'd leave. 9 months later, the smell would be gone. Then a month later-sweage again. I hate to say it, but I think the smell is because of the pipes IN THIS BUILDING. Might be time to demolish, fix the issue, and rebuild.

I don't normally rate fast food places, but I think this one is worth mentioning due to the manager/general manager. I typically order online, and I have to tell you that they are a well-oiled machine! My order is always ready as soon as I pop in, is accurate, and the manager even recognizes me and calls me by name (I realize it's on the order, but stil.....). The manager is always right up front working his butt off, not hiding in some office. Thanks, it doesn't go unnoticed!
