Exceptional Service from Zach at Sonic! I recently visited Sonic, and I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by an employee named Zach. From the moment I placed my order, Zach's warm and welcoming demeanor made the entire experience delightful. He was attentive, ensuring that my order was taken promptly and accurately, and his knowledge of the menu helped me make the perfect meal choice. What truly set Zach apart was his ability to make every customer feel valued. Despite the rush, he managed to serve with both efficiency and a genuine smile, making it seem like no task was too big or small for him. His enthusiasm was infectious, brightening up my day considerably. Not only was the service quick, but Zach also took the extra step to double-check that everything in my order was to my liking. It's rare to see someone with such dedication to customer satisfaction. Zach is an absolute asset to the Sonic team, and because of his exemplary service, I will be returning to Sonic more often. If you stop by, you'll know you're in great hands if Zach is there to greet you. A big thank you to Zach for making what could have been just another fast-food run into a memorable experience!

I literally never ever right reviews but the service we received here tonight was so good that I had to. The manager, I think his name is jay? Seriously deserves a large raise. He was out running around, helping customers, getting sauces, correcting orders AND taking orders. He gave us extra food for our wrong items, offered to comp our next meal and gave us coupons. We were not upset at all about the wait and neither should anyone else. It’s late night and these people are doing their best. Thank you so much for the great food and service and again, give that guy a raise!!

I've witnessed so many changes at this location alone.. whoever the young lady was at the drive thru window tonight was very sweet. Great service and effort. The order taker ( Says Christopher: if he used his card ) was also very polite & made sure he greeted us and let us know he would be with us in a moment. Josh, Eli & Pedro are always awesome during the afternoon/evening! It's really nice to see the come up!! Keep it up, y'all!

Just stopped in for a mid-afternoon snack and ½ price happy-hour refreshment. Food was cooked well, presentation was as expected. From ordering to delivery, everyone involved was super friendly but they were having a hard time keeping up. It took over five minutes to take my order (AFTER pressing the red button) and right about 15 minutes for my order to arrive. Still faster than me coming out myself, though.
