Tacos are hot, fresh and inexpensive. The people are fantastic. The breakfast and street tacos are both excellent. I got four nice sized tacos today for $8.50. What more do you want from a neighborhood taco food truck. Cash only! Don’t forget.

I would argue El Amigo has some of the best breakfast burritos in all of Austin !! I love breakfast burritos and try them from everywhere and they are the only ones who are consistently amazing every single time I order 🔥 don’t hesitate trying them if you want breakfast at great pricing as well, tons of value for your dollar and another reason why I drive a little further to come here 💯

Really good tacos and decent size. We asked for salsa and the guy didn’t tell us salsa was already included but charged us for extra salsa.

These people are so sweet and their food is amazing! I’ve been passing them by for years and I’m upset with myself I’m just now trying them out. The food is always fresh! You won’t regret getting tacos from here 😋 I guarantee it! I’m addicted 🥰

Absolutely the best breakfast tacos in north Austin, maybe in Austin as a whole. The only competitor is probably Donn's bbq but that is a long drive and much more expensive. The people who run the truck are super friendly and accommodating. Tacos are cheap and the flavors are incredible. The potatoes they use are perfectly fried and flavored, the bacon or eggs are always perfectly cooked and flavorful, the beans are excellent, the tortillas (both corn and flour) are great. The lunch is not quite as good in my opinion but you will not find a better breakfast taco.

Definitely going to try some other stuff next time. Can’t wait! I could have used a touch more hot sauce.. I’ll ask for more. The verde sauce is awesome
