Waffle House

I arrived at Waffle House at Tuscany way/290 in about 10:30 ish a.m. not so many people dining in but as soon as I sat down seems like everyone followed me there and it was non stop busy for the 4 staff members. Yesenia, Michael, the cook asst., and the Manager did an absolutely excellent job. The manager stepped in as soon as he saw help was needed. Michael my waiter and Yesenia had wonderful attitudes stayed calm . It was amazing to watch. Orders being called plates being filled orders being served. I was speechless. I spoke to the manager/cook told him how awesome amazing they work . Thank you for the great job.

I visited this location for the first time during what seemed peak rush on Sunday. We weren’t aware it was necessary to sign in on a sheet of paper, but the host, Yolanda, was very kind and allowed us to seat in the order we arrived anyway. The entire staff was quick-moving and kind to guest and one another. Sitting at the bae, I heard them helping each-other out and giving constructive feedback. Food was delicious. A wonder Waffle House experience.

Food was fresh and delicious, though it took awhile for my sausage to come through, the waitress informed me a few times "I haven't forgotten about your sausages" which was nice and I didn't mind waiting. A little wait for our food to be served but unfortunately we were not the only ones who thought to hit up the waffle house after a concert, on a Sunday. Overall great food, great staff. Will hit up this location again when I'm in town.

My boyfriend and I have been to various Waffle House locations and I swear Jack the person who is the hostess and cleans the tables deserves a RAISE!!! The company deserves to put the spotlight on an employee like him. He went above and beyond. He sat us and was very kind. A couple behind us was about to leave and with his kind gestures and words he was able to persuade them to wait 5-10 more minutes to be seated. I seriously feel like employees like him deserve a raise. Jack is definitely one of a kind. I recommend this location (#1683). And I really hope someone lets him know how great the is and how folks like me appreciated his wonderful service and hospitality here! He really deserves so much for being a great employee!

I absolutely loved Waffle House. I personally recommend The Bacon Cheesesteak Melt Plate with the included hashbrowns; absolute godsend for me. It's shredded steak with melted American cheese on toasted buttered white bread. I didn't get to try the breakfast options because I personally was pressed for time, but they all look absolutely great!
