Taco Bell

I've been to the Taco Bell multiple times and there's always something. If you're not waiting in line for over 10 minutes with no with no response, You probably got your order wrong. The workers are lazy you can literally see them through the window. While you wait for them to respond. On my last order I ordered a chicken quesadilla it was missing the sauce and it was cold when I received it the cheese wasn't even melted or cut

I was so excited to see that taco bell had their new black bean taco . I happily ordered one with no tomatoes. When I got home, not only were tomatoes inside- but the AMOUNT of black beans was shocking. I counted about 15 tiny beans. It only took up space at the very bottom of the taco (which really isn't fair to say, since the sour cream took up quite a bit too) so ... needless to say - if you want a taco shell with black bean & sour cream flavor.... this is what to order BUT if you want a vegetarian black bean taco .... don't bother trying this out. Waste of money and time.

Shady operations. Their card processor was broken and the cashier rounded my order of $3.22 to $4.00, because they were collecting for Boys Scouts. He did not tell me the cause why he was rounding. No receipt was given. When I called to talk to the manger to make sure they were not doing anything illegal. I got 2 different prices for my order before she was able to tell $3.22 for 2 bean burritos. The lady was rude, and said like there was nothing wrong and hung up on me without explaining why the cause was not mentioned. So they are collecting cash without a receipt and rounding for a cause, no one told me before. There was no advertisement for the cause, nothing. I will not be going back there.

Literally 8/10 times I try to order here their system is down. Wether that be actually because their system won’t take orders or their employees just don’t want to work.. im not sure. but either way they definitely need to make a change because it’s ridiculous when I order online and then I get there and they say their system is down more often then not. When their system is working it’s honestly a great Taco Bell because the employees are usually pretty nice.
