I truthfully would not even give this location 1 star. I was just in there and the cashier was mote focused on braiding her daughters hair then the customers, this store has obviously not been stocked in over a week. They leave 9 hour old food on the rollers. I worked for a 7 Eleven in the past and this was straight up disgusting. Needs serious management overhaul and needs better employees. Only employee i respect here works the 2nd shift and has dermal piercings in her cheeks. The following pic also shows their so called soda selection. This is exactly what it has looked like for 2 straight weeks now. They cant even get it together to order more refreshments. This is a definite sign of POOR management skills. Ive worked for 3 different 7 Eleven locations. This is by far the absolute WORST one i have ever been in. Floors always filthy, homeless people inches from the door aggressively pan handling and staff don't do anything about it. Not to mention according to corporate 7 Eleven policies., at the end of the cycle for fresh foods they are to be donated to local charities. But yet every single store should be held accountable for throwing away all fresh foods knowing that policy states to be given to local charities

I have been coming to this store every morning before work for over 5 years and today this new guy requested that I leave my backpack on the floor by the register, to which I declined. Is this a store policy or just his very own edict? No other employees has ever made such a request. Something needs to be done about this because I saw a woman with large purse come in and he said nothing to her so I feel singled out

Literally soend Hu dress of dollars here weekly. When I had the nerve to complain about there cash back policy I was talked to lime a child and told U could leave!! The manager on duty refused to give me her name and behaved like a ten year old BULLY!!! Very disappointed will take my business across the street from now on and will also notify corperate Bout the lack of professionalism at this location! SHAME ON YOU!

The customer service here is horrible I have never been treated or called out like I was here by two lady cashier's. First I stood at cashier waiting to pay and when finally rung up and paid with credit card was adv I couldn't get cash back because they were closing out registers. Now how would I know that. So when I said how would I know that the one cashier had the nerve to say to me there is no need to curse. And told the the other cashier to just give me my 5.00 cash back. First nothing rude came out of my mouth second what they were going to keep my money third talking to me like that in front of other customers was humiliating when I had done and said nothing wrong. I was wearing a mask so you couldn't even see the shock on my face of how I was being treated. I will never go back there. There was no reason for these two cashier's to be so disrespectful to me.
