Papa Johns Pizza

Will not order from this location again. They blame Doordash driver for items being missing and why delivery takes so long. Pizza looks only partially topping'd and cooked and bread sticks are sliced weirdly, aside from the missing items (which they blame Doordash for). Their solution is to credit your account and remake and send the order, but that'll take another hour and a half and they can't promise Doordash won't "steal" your order. No real solutions to their problems. Edit: wish I had read the reviews before hand, this place has a history of messing up orders and deliveries. Also, looking at the pizza I received, whoever sliced the breadsticks must've done the pizza too because it is weirdly sliced with big pieces, tiny pieces, weirdly skinny pieces. Idk, this place needs to get its stuff together and get the manager out.

Papa Johns is my favorite of the chains. This particular location has given me some smaller issues from time to time, but I had a bigger mixup a few weeks ago. They delivered the wrong pizza very late, and then the "Thomas from Papa Johns" (who is a national/regional guy, I think) ghosted me in terms of emailing about the situation. Anyway, they forced me to look elsewhere tonight...and I just want to give a big shout out to them for helping me find Spartan Pizza just up 183. Spartan not only had awesome pizza with a ton of topping options, but they blew away Papa Johns in terms of customer service. They were running behind, but over the top in terms of handling the situation. A little effort goes a long way.

Not really a fan of their pizza, I feel like it is a hit or a miss. Sometimes the pizza is cooked well and other times it's more on the burnt side. The delivery is okay. I sometimes get the time frame it should arrive and sometimes it's a surprise. Yesterday it got to my house in 20 minutes that was pretty good I though, but the pizza was burnt. I think the best thing papa johns makes is the cheesesticks. The pizza I feel is pretty lacking at times.

Ordered a pizza and verified the gate code and apt number was on the order (important for later), the pizza was marked delivered. Checked door , no item. Attempted to call the store , store had just closed 5 minutes earlier, no answer. Called papa johns support number , no one can see the pizza order they can only push complaints to the store. Called door dash since they were the driver. Was informed the store did not provide them with the gate code or apt number , so they left it at the leasing office 20 minutes ago. Went out to check, pizza was gone. 10/10 if you are looking to pay for an item you will never get and then not get any help. Had to process a no delivery of item refund with paypal.

Got this free pizza coupon after they messed up my order and took two hours to deliver it but when I tried to redeem it they told me it was invalid. why would you even send me a free pizza coupon if you aren’t going to redeem it? this company has gone downhill, definitely not going to order from them again unless they want to redeem this coupon! Such a bad way to run a business!!

Totally miss judged this location. Turns out Papa johns has a Corperate call center and although I called the number on this locations page on Google, call center set my order to a different Papa John’s. So when I arrived, Andrew, the only guy in the entire place, told me that he did not see my order in his system but he could make me two pizzas to replace the ones that were never delivered. He made them quickly in about 10 minutes and didn’t charge me for them. Honestly changed my whole mood and made up for the severe incompetence of the other location and delivery driver. Thank you Andrew, hopefully your upper management and shareholders can get you some help soon… See previous one star post below: “Ordered a pizza and paid over the phone. They never delivered.
