Firehouse subs is a SOLID choice for lunch. The sandwiches are always absolutely amazing and the service at this location is top tier. They really treat you like family. It’s a little sandwhich shop but trust you won’t be disappointed!

I really appreciate the excellent customer service at Firehouse subs on Burnet Rd. I especially want to recognize Evan & Taigea for their friendliness as well as patience with my order, and for making a great sandwich. The food is delicious and the environment is clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend Firehouse subs!! Thank y’all! :-)

It’s firehouse, guys. Great subs as always, but the cool thing about this specific location is the staff here are also super nice. The fancy drink dispenser thing is a nice little touch so you can try different drinks while you wait for the guys to make your sub.

They people here are THE BEST! We went tonight (Wedn) and the guys were very friendly and professional. Then the sandwiches came. Oh my goodness! DELICIOUS! One question: why are their prices so low??

The food was good, and the atmosphere was quite lovely. We loved being able to choose our own chips from an assortment as part of a combo meal, as well as being able to choose any size of drink. The meat of the New York Steamer was a little fatty, which does not fit my personal taste as I strongly dislike fatty meat due to its texture, but the non fatty parts were very much to my liking. I also loved being able to choose between hot and cold, and even types of bread for the health-conscious such as myself!

I used to eat Firehouse Subs in San Antonio and finally I was able to eat an Italian Sub here in Austin. First, Firehouse Subs has always been consistent and their ingredients are always of above average quality. This particular location was very clean and staff was quick to take my order politely. Two guys were making sandwiches at a steady pace with concentration like they were surgeons. My sandwich was made in an acceptable amount of time and since I took it to go it was packaged securely for the ride home. The sandwich taste great, just like I remembered. If you are a sandwich connoisseur, you have to try this place at least once or perhaps frequently.
