Mcdonald's

I’ve always felt this McDonald’s was a five star worthy but after my experience eating inside, I felt compelled to leave this review. I made the mistake of choosing drive-through, but I was actually trying to dine in the rep, helping me in the front went out of her way to make sure my food was fresh. The reason this McDonald’s is five star worthy is because the food is always fresh and the people are always kind. Thank you for your services my friends. I’ll be seeing you guys soon. Quarter pounder w cheese I ordered plus mayonnaise (I do recommend w tomato)

So, I'm not sure if it is an ignorance thing or just plain rudeness. When you walk up to the counter, the employees tend to ignore you as if I am a ghost. Now I say ignorance simply because being blind, either they think I can not see them so they can ignore me or they just don't know how to interact with blind people. So, I stood there for what seemed to be about 5 minutes. HEARD somebody walk by and do something close by and no "Hello," "be right with you," "have you been helped," nothing. Finally, somebody came by and asked how they could help me. He took my order. Thanked me. Then when giving me my bag, doesn't say "right in front of you, here you go, my hand is right in front of you, (set the bag down) it's to the left or right" just nothing. Sad that blind people, or I am treated this way. Maybe he was having a bad day, but considering I have to deal with people like him, he has no room to talk. Anyway, nice place and always clean.

I would like to say yesterday @9.50pm we left mc Donald’s drive thru and Roxanna at the window who gave me my food was AMAZING 🤩 she had great customer service, was kind at the window and when I asked for more sauce she didn’t give me an ugly look she simply satisfied me and smiled the whole time!! You guys need more people like her!! The manager that is always there he’s tall light Mexicano he also is always on top of the orders. I greatly appreciate this location!

I frequently take our 3 year old to various McDonald's playplaces during the hot summer months, and review mostly based on that: Food--same as any other McDonald's Vibe--restaurant gets busy, but playplace area is generally quiet. Cleanliness--mid range. The playplace gets grimy and hit or miss whether the tables have been wiped down recently. Playplace--open as of summer 2023. Decent but small. Mostly a small slide and things to climb on. Our daughter struggled with the climbing parts until she was older than 2. No bathroom in the playplace area. No door between the playplace and main restaurant, but it's relatively well cut-off from it. You can see into the playplace while refilling drinks, which is nice.
