Long John Silvers

I'm giving THIS place a 5 star cause food was HOT service was great and fast. Went today Wed around 12:30 or so and the lady at the window kindly explained with a nervous tone in her voice that they were very short handed and the the food my take awhile but it was gonna be hot and fresh. She went onto say that she was very sorry but only her and ONE cook showed up to work today and she was extremely sorry BUT I gotta say, I got my food at a reasonable time and it was extremely hot and fresh hats off to these two employees at this Long John Silver they should be given a raise and greatly appreciated for their hard work and dedication to their jobs it's hard to find employees like this the owner should be very grateful.

The Manager Stephanie Coy is such a people person. Sweet, Respectful and determined to give the best customer service. Although she doesn't need to try hard, you can tell it just comes naturally. The store looks clean. Food is out fast and is hot. This manager has really turned this place around. I'd give 10 stars if i could.

Have come here off and on over the years and have never once written a review until now. Today I was impressed by the food itself unlike other visits it had a fresh and fluffy appearance that I really enjoy from a Long John's restaurant. I came to the conclusion that the new manager Stephanie Coy who was transferred from another location to this location was responsible for the new and improved experience. Thank you Stephanie again and keep up the great work. You'll be seeing me slightly more frequently in the months and years to come as long as there are individuals like u running things. Thx.

Food was screaming hot and very up to participate. The fish is my favorite! Staff was friendly and quick. One girl was cleaning the dining room and floor there. Condiment station neat and well stocked. The store is in need of some wall scrubbing and fresh paint. It is the regular wear and tear but makes everything looks dingy .... and the staff works hard to give guests a great experience and they shouldn't be hampered by this. They are engaged in the concept. Lucky for owners! Help them score A++ for a perfect visit!

The lady behind the counter, Carla I believe was her name, was so amazingly nice. She went above and beyond her duties. She impressed me so much that I felt compelled to give her a tip when I left even though it's just a fast food place. If everyone had the attitude of this woman, the world would be a better place. Someone give her a raise! Please and thank you. :)

I live in Cedar Park and we no longer have our LJS. So when I have the chance I try to stop and get some when I'm in the area. I stopped at the William Cannon location on Friday for a quick lunch. The food was good as usual, but the service was great. The staff came by my table twice, asking me if I needed anything. Welcomed me when I walked in and out of the restaurant. Unfortunately LJS has gone down hill over the years, buildings need updated, overall experience is not as great as it used to be. But the service at this location will have me back again. Hope that staff stays the same
