Cannot praise the deli downstairs enough. Food is delicious and the service cannot be faulted. Really went the extra mile.

Pretty good deli. Good pasta, great sandwiches. Can be a bit chaotic and messy with all the queues and orders. Also really pricey.

Ravioli & Friends at The Deli Downstairs - it's an authentic Italian ravioli in the very heart of London. Definitely not your average filled pasta. Freshly made ravioli - offers innovative combination of fillings. Every single dish were delicious, well executed, delicate in texture and presented beautifully. The service was excellent very friendly and attentive. Thoroughly recommended.

Delicious mushroom and spinach, and cauliflower pies. Pastry goes nice and crisp once heated. Closest pies to my favourite ones from New Zealand

Great refill shop, they now have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, dish cleaner, all purpose, white vinaigre, clothes detergent and fabric conditioner amongst other options. Lovely staff and reasonably priced.

Their stock is great, you can get a lot of wonderful products, however very much on the expensive side of things. The shop itself is nice, but the customer service is usually not great. At times you feel neglected, other times the service is just slow. If they improved their customer service, it would truly be an amazing shop.

Excellent with lots of artisan cheese and specialty groceries. A few items to purchase and eat on the tables and chairs outside. Next door is a shop selling household provisions which is charming. Do have a browse next time you are in Victoria Park Village.

Oasis of foodie excitement and reliability in a pandemic desert. They have everything, even those things which are in short supply everywhere else. Everything they have is fantastic quality. Service is always a knowledgeable delight.
They also put together two care packages for delivery for friends. They are doing general home deliveries as well which is very helpful.
It is brilliant to have such a good local shop in Hackney.

Had such a wonderful birthday celebration here for a group of 8. Food, drinks and service were exceptional! A perfect, relaxed and homely vibe, its my new go to eating out joint - and so reasonably priced! Thanks for the feed and the hospitality :) it was THE BEST.
