Papa Johns Pizza

The staff was very kind and made sure my order was fulfilled. I even dropped my pizza accidentally on the way to the car and they covered me.......priceless! Pizza was amazing as well and hot! Hands down best customer service from the Manager and the Employee who was working the front desk and register. Thank you Papa John's William Cannon

Honestly the pizza I ordered was scant on toppings and cheese, but they sent a followup email and I voiced my displeasure at the perceived lack of value. The next day the manager called me herself [!] and made it right with a replacement pizza, which I enjoyed last night and was made properly. Mistakes happen, but I'm glad they made it right with a great pizza, totally worth it. Thanks!

Love this Papa J’s. 5 pizzas (stars) and a vanilla cherry Coke 2 liter is my rating. Would never mess this pizza up by putting ranch on it like a reviewer below mentioned – make me sad. Hope this team of pizza chefs keeps up the hard work because they will be rewarded with my patronage for years to come!

Last weekend I received a very unsatisfactory pizza from this location. Steven, the general manager, immediately reached out to me to right the wrong after becoming aware of my complaint. He was very polite and went out of his way to personally make my next pizza correctly, free of charge. I have seen some negative reviews about the customer service at this location in the past, but I can personally say that Steven's professionalism and courtesy ensured that I will continue ordering from this establishment. They take customer feedback seriously and have put real effort into bettering their business.

Placed my order over the phone for a pizza with everything on it. Was told that delivery would be about 45 minutes, which at 7pm on a Monday is acceptable to me. Delivery man was here in TWENTY FIVE minutes, he was friendly/professional, and the pizza was well made. The person who took the order was professional as well. I will be back. Good job, y'all!

I ordered a meal yesterday from this location and after an 1h10min I called to check on the order. The person who picked up the phone was supper nice and I could tell he was super busy (phones ringing in the background). When I asked about the order, he deeply apologized and was straight honest with me that they were unfortunately short on staff and quickly gave me the option to a courtesy meal. Mind you, he never sounded aggravated or hesitant while dealing with me. He was very professional and generous. The delivery guy was the same! I felt so sorry for him because you can tell he was rushing (he literally was out of breathe at our door). He also apologized and you could tell he was sincere. So, we gave him a good tip :) This was good service coming from the local Papa John's even though the order was late. We were a bit upset that it took awhile at first, but the way the person on the phone AND the delivery guy handled us was so professional, caring and nice that we ended up being more than satisfied and happy :)
