This is the THIRD 1-star review I've had to give in a week!!! WHAT IS UP WITH EVERY RESTAURANT SERVING DRY SANDWICHES!? I can barely eat this! Old, dry bread... Barely ANY hot sauce and no mayo!? This is getting ridiculous!!! Jason's Deli+ Firehouse Subs + LA Madeline almost never serve bad food! Steak Po Boy was a mistake.

My mom and I waited 21 minutes to receive our food and then we saw guests received their food after they ordered behind us. I went to say something about it and the person making the food (black guy with a little fro) goes “well their order was easier to make.” Um excuse me? That’s no excuse. No apologies when the server finally dropped our food off. I do not recommend anyone to come here. Slowest food service in town.

I've eaten at this location for years. I hadn't frequented this place for a few weeks. I returned the weekend to get a double order. The person who took down the order took down EVERYTHING wrong, not to mention, the order took about 15 minutes to make. Today I returned, and the woman who took my order took my name down totally wrong. It took about 12 minutes to make, and the bread was stale. They seem not to really care about walk-in orders anymore; they were filling Doordash orders, while everyone else's orders took unreasonably long and weren't done to expectation. I think it's time to give Jason's Deli as a whole a rest. The food isn't good enough to warrant poor service!

This location is slow and DOES NOT thumbs up their UberEATS delivery drivers. Do not pick-up orders from this location unless you want a thumbs down rating, long waits, and rude female Mexican worker who doesn't seem to care about the hours or service UberEATS drivers put in for little pay. Takes less than 15 seconds to leave a thumbs up for your drivers.
