Wendy's

I can only base this review on the hours between 10:00-11:15 am. I have not see this location perform during a heavy rush of customers. When I arrive and it's still breakfast time, the biscuits are always soft and buttery, and the eggs are freshly cooked. When I arrive at the beginning of lunch, my burgers come with hot, crispy bacon, a hot hamburger, and melty cheese. My vegetables are always fresh. The lemonade is consistently just the right degree of tartness as well. This review would not be complete with mentioning the drive thru employees. It's been consistently easy to hear them. The employees at the window have always been on top of the order. They have always been correct. The employees are also pleasant. I hope that these consistently good tasty food and service experiences are true for the rest of their service hours.

I don’t come to Wendy’s for the customer service however my experience got me heated. When I pulled up to the drive thru, I waited a moment and then the guy said “hello??” As if I was interrupting him, acting real annoyed. He was very impatient while I was ordering, I asked him to repeat something and I got more attitude when he repeated himself. If y’all are going to have a rude dude working there, keep him AWAY from the customers. Also the fries were definitely not fresh. The time I went through the drive thru was around 2:20pm march 18th. I told the lady who handed my order that he was rude and she seemed to agree that he has an attitude

First of all, I got all my drinks, 5, to be exact. I asked for a cup/drink carrier. I was told there was none. So, I was like how do I keep the drinks from spilling in my vehicle. I got no reply. Then, of course one of the drinks did spill and I went back and could not get a refill. 2nd, I get home with the food and none of it was marked as to what burger was what. Smh... here I am trying to figure it out. This particular location did not provide the outstanding service that I have come to know from Wendy's... I will not be returning to this particular location

Tried breakfast here this morning. The breakfast fries were amazing, but the number 1 sandwich was absolute garbage. I took 3 bites and had to toss it. Literally the worst thing I’ve ever had from a fast food restaurant, and there is some tough competition out there. This is why I stay away from fast food meat/service, guess I needed a reminder! My order for delivery was set up with DoorDash. They tried several times (8 to be exact) to get a delivery driver and my excitement rose for the 1st 2 deliveries posted, but after that my heart sank when they posted that it was received, not once but 4 or 5 times. I never received the food, so I can't review it, and had to send my grandson to bed without eating!? Thanks for nothing!

Can you tell your employee that quickly ducking behind the counter to hide AFTER making eye contact with me doesn't magically make the store empty. Your store says it opens at 7am, it's 8am and I'm sitting in the drive thru trying to pick up a mobile order. Are you seriously paying your employees to play hide and seek? Update - got the mobile order of 9:25am. 2.5 hours after their advertised open time. Second update - my breakfast baconator tastes, looks, and contains all the same ingredients as a bacon egg and cheese biscuit but it's missing numerous vital ingredients of a breakfast baconator...
