Short Stop

We pulled up at like 10:40pm 2 cars in front of us when it was our time to order the guy on speaker said sorry no more orders. I am going to say he was a manager. It was still 15 minutes til close. The man got ugly he even came out the door and acted like he was going to come get in our face. He was wrong in more was than 1. Your not suppose to turn anyone away no matter what time. Besides he was not to close for another 15 minutes. Customers come first.

Just having a nostalgic moment. My old boss used to bring me Short Stop Burgers on his way into office. So I decided to give it a try on my own. They added onion to my burger, when I asked no onion, then gave me unsweetened tea when I asked for an Arnold Palmer. The line was a bit long but it was lunch rush hour. So it was worth the wait.

Shortstop on airport Boulevard never has to drive Throughs open only one walk up window never open the manager their name Howard and runs it like it is place someone needs to contact how department health department everybody takes a break at one time and they tell you to come back in 20 minutes while you’re outside smoking

Was a great place but not any more..since when was the rule to not order at the window??well if the person at the speaker will speak up and talk to were you can understand we thought it was broken so we pulled forward and since the car in front didnt order at the speaker either..So the manager on duty refused our service and raised his voice like he was crazy..first you need to yell at your employees to do their job right..I worked customer service and General manager for many years and thats not no were close to customer service or management material.. Very disrespectful
