Taco Ranch #2

Should be 0 stars. Their bathroom smells like something dead is in the walls. I have told their managers several times. They just say "we know" and do nothing. I work across the street and LOVE their burgers. But now I can't eat at any of their locations because that smell is in my brain. This happened over 3 visits in 3 separate weeks.

I stopped by yesterday and my experience was wonderful! Henry, who took my order, was one of the best employees at customer service I've met. He took my order quickly, efficiently, and helped me navigate all of the toppings I could choose from, as it was my first time there! He is a pleasure to talk to and made us feel extremely welcome at the store. Though the food itself was a little slow, I could tell that the second server who brought us our food (Alex I think) was working tremendously hard to represent us and get our food from the kitchen. He was professional, quick, and though we didn't exchange many words with him, he was still a nice young fellow. I would highly recommend this new location to anyone in the area!

Good for a quick lunch bite for fresh tacos. Along MLK boulevard, this place is accessible for UT Austin students. Prices are pretty reasonable for student’s budget. Ample car parking and clean, airy interior dining. Spacious garden style dining tables too. Be prepared for large crowds during lunch hours.
