I just had the worst experience! 1/1/2021 As I finished shopping at Walmart, I decide to get fast food. I know it was 10 minutes before closing but I had just gotten off work and didn’t have time to cook for my sons. It was still opened and I even asked cashier if he was taking orders, he said yes. Cashier Gabriel was very polite great customer service. When the cook or employee Arlett saw my order which wasn’t a lot she immediately started talking super loud telling the cashier why he took the order. She was very upset and continued making very disrespectful comments. The manager was standing in the front the whole time but she never said a word. I’m a very polite person and also very respectful, I never said anything rude I just heard her talk. She definitely needs to be coached in giving good customer service. I was very upset and I just wanted a refund but her attitude wasn’t going to ruin my night! Finally when I left, manager said something to her I couldn’t hear and she picked up her hands like she didn’t care. I know how it is to work in fast food but she is not fit to work with people specially when I did nothing wrong and I wasn’t disrespectful at any time. Thank you for your time!

Seriously , been told many times that they do not make tea after 7p , assumed they closed early because being in a walmart. today told they closed at 12 (google actually says 1a). I can understand in a slow location not making tea after a certain time UNLESS a customer asks for it, but to refuse to make something as cheap as unsweet tea 5 HOURS before closing at a location that every time I go after work which for me is 7p they have been busy is just plain lazy. Emailed corporate and will make sure the district and regional managers know how unhappy I am about this. If this locations margin is so thin that making a extra pot of unsweet tea will break the bank then it needs to either close and make room for a more profitable restaurant or needs a new management staff. Seriously piss poor service ....
