Buddys Mexican Grill

I will not be returning. This place was good at first but now I’m starting to get food poisoning. I went over the weekend for breakfast and ordered 2 tacos . The tacos was very greasy and the meat looked different then the usual. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they changed they menu or something. I paid 10.72 for two tacos and the prices change all the time . I ate them and immediately I started feeling sick and my stomach was turning, I had diarrhea etc. I had to go to the doctor and take time off work for there negligence. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I’m sure the produce is not being handled correctly, .

Place is great! I always see them preparing fresh food, the food line is always clean, and the staff are super friendly! The food is great too! I get a grilled veggie burrito or quesadilla everytime and it never disappoints. More of a home cooked type a place. I think I have to say I prefer it to Chipolte!

The first rime i came this establishment 4 weeks ago I got good food and service. Today i thought i would try it again but it did not workout that way. As I approached the front counter the lady saw me, turned around and walked over to the sink in which she was ringing the water out of the towel then proceeded to wiping off the counter as if i was not standing in front of her. I waited patiently giving her the benefit of the doubt. After waiting about two minutes of this she finally acknowledged me and the l asked me "What can I get you?" in a semi rude tone. I then tried to ask her a question about one of the items on the menu. She at this point ignored me as if I was not talking to her. I have a voice that carries its hard for her not believe she did not hear me. So i walked away. Inside the restaurant is a store combined with a gas station. I went to get something to drink and the store made food. I then looked back at the front counter after about 5 mins later and same this same lady that ignored me serving someone else with no issues. I wont be back.

Went inside to order. All of the protein containers being heated were all open, and the meat looked dry, like nothing had been replenished with fresh food for hours. I gave the benefit of the doubt and I was starving. They were out of half of the items on their menu and it was dinner time. I ordered the chicken tacos, It was expensive for the amount you received, the chicken was dry and flavorless. The queso was the only thing that was enjoyable. I think with better management and employees that care about the food and customers, they might actually be a decent place for food. Unfortunately, I can't recommend and won't be back.

Food is good if they they can just get your order right. The drive-thru is currently at 25% accuracy, for me. The worst was when I ordered a Sprite with my food, got to the window, paid for my food, and when I ask for my drink, the response was that they didn't charge me for one. Ok. Here is my card, I'd like a Sprite. Their response- We are out of Sprite. Huh?

I was waiting in line in the Drive-Thru for about 15 minutes while the two ladies were taking care of everybody else inside and even though I was honking they will glance over there and just walk away. Finally one lady came out and said that I had to go to the back of the line because I did not order from the box. Which the order box is so small and I did pass there and said hello and no one responded. It is so unprofessional and I would not ever come back since they don't pay attention to customer!!!
