I ordered a pizza at 1:26 pm on a Sunday not the playoffs so to be told that we are slammed is no excuse for not receiving my pizza for over 2 hours! When you speak to the manager who offered a great excuse if being "slammed" could not tell me when or where my pizza was couldn't tell me why a company would put a projected time of delivery on the internet and not know what's going on 40 minutes after the projected time! Not only did the cold pizza finally arrive 2 and ahalf hours after placing the order it was wrong and I don't see how a corporation just says we are "slammed" more like poor customer service and poor choices in managerial representative skills! Try a little harder to place cheese sauce and not marinara when ordered they are 2 different colors, and totally different taste but who am I just the customer who paid for a sorry excuse and cold pizza! You're commercials are terrible too take acting classes and find better excuses on why 711 is better, cheeper, and take 3 minutes ! Never ordering anything from this disappointingly terrible pizza establishment again!

Worst delivery experience ever.
Order a medium pizza and a order of wings
Never got the order.
Two hours passed and still nothing.
I called at midnight and they told me the driver couldn’t find the hotel. Okay well I understand that, but they could of called me or something. They were completely rude and careless of my time on the phone. Did not offer any type of way to fix the issue. Blamed me for there mistake which is unacceptable, can literally show everyone that I put the address and room number in perfect.
Sent the driver back out.. another 30 mins passed and still nothing and they then canceled my order. Thank god dominos was still opened and ordered it in time and it’s already on the way to me before they close at 1am. Totally upset with this place and I will be calling corporate tomorrow.

!!!!STAY AWAY!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered delivery the other night, and I understand that delivery comes with lower expectations. However, the food should make me sick!
After receiving my order (Lg Pepperoni & Jalapeno w/ Cheese Sticks) I was sadly disappointed by the "cheese sticks", which were more like a leftover pizza dough through in the oven with a bit of Parmesan on top. Again, I didn't expect much with delivery. The pizza seemed fine and I enjoyed my meal. That was until I woke up at 5am hyperventilating in a cold sweat. *Note that I don't have any medical issues and this is not, by any means, a common occurrence for me.* I, myself, found it hard to believe that a few pieces of pizza could cause such illness, and only believed it to be some odd happening.
That was until I had two more slices the following day for lunch. Almost immediately I began having stomach pains, and the rest I'll save you from graphic details in this review. Long story short, I will no longer be ordering pizza from this location and possibly Papa Johns at all. And I HIGHLY recommend that nobody else in the Austin, TX area order pizza from Papa Johns either.
There are way too many options for quality pizza in this town to even risk a re-occurrence of the night/24hrs that I have had. I hope Papa Johns sees this review and seriously considers an evaluation of their operations.

I have placed 3 orders in the last 2 months all of which were incorrect. No matter how many times I filled out the "how was your order" with negative comments I never once received my money back or a replacement order. I even contacted their online customer service and they couldn't help me. Worst place to do business with!! I've taken my chances 3 times ordering different items and all items were completely incorrect. I just want my money back!!!! Do not order from them! I did everything through the app and they still couldn't get it right!!!

The only reason why I'm giving this place a 2 start is because I love papa johns pizza. But honestly, I haven't eaten a warm pizza in such a long time from here. Every time I order a pizza they ALWAYS, I'm not talking about one or two times, ALWAYS arrive later than an hour. I always have to call them ask were is the driver in which its the same driver all the time, wouldn't he know were his going?? I've even placed an order an hour in advance and they arrived 1 hour later after they were supposed to get here.

Not the most consistent location when it comes to quality. Last experience was with severely delayed food, BUT the management comped us some free pizzas and were super pleasant on the phone. Delivery person was very apologetic. They followed up with a postcard for more free pizza. While this location has some kinks, we appreciated their efforts to make it right!

We ordered tonight, and had a VERY unpleasant experience for the first time. We ALWAYS order from here and never had a problem. Well tonight was the night...placed order at 6:58pm delivery time was 7:23-7:33 with papa priority added on. I track my pizzas so at 7:48 I checked the pizza tracker and it still said boxing, so I called at 7:54 to see if it had left the store yet. It had apparently left 6 mins prior. Checked the pizza track and delivery time was changed to 7:48-7:53. So it left the store at the time it was supposed to be delivered (after changing) 8:10 comes around no pizza. Delivery driver knocks on door at 8:12 apologizing because he is the only driver and they are short staffed. You can't help that and it's not his fault. I felt bad watching the guy stand there and my husband asking to speak with the manager. The guy calls his manager and my husband says he isn't signing the receipt or accepting the pizza because it looks old. Which it was cold as idk what to where the cheese was already hardened. My husband spoke with Steven. Who not only argued with my husband but also hung up on him. Very unprofessional. The past 4 deliveries we've had the driver call and ask where our apartment is after giving them the address, Rico is the one who usually does this... but it's something we can overlook. But the manager continued to say "well don't you think if you order something for delivery you should give us your address". So my husband told him are we supposed to send you a map of where our door exactly is, is that my job or is it your drivers job to find it? That's when the manager hung up. We've ordered papa John's more times than we can count and I can tell you because of this manager experience we will not order again. My husband called the store back with our own phone (the first time was the drivers phone) and Steven said he didn't hang up that the call dropped which was bull because he didn't call back, my husband had to call the store back. The last time we ordered we received our pizza late but not we didn't make a big deal the manager David called and asked if we had received our order and that everything was to our satisfaction. He left a voicemail because it was late. But he seemed very respectful. Too bad Steven couldn't be that respectful because he just made his store lose a loyal customer. My husband sent the pizza back with the driver. Now my 5 year old is crying past her bed time because she wants pizza.

My food came in about 30-40 min later than predicted on the tracker. My pizza was old and already cold you could tell it had been sitting for awhile the delivery guy almost forgot my drink. Also I ordered double garlic sauce and still only got one. Never again
