We ordered the fajita buffet for our wedding at House on The Hill in Austin. Tiffany was on time. PLENTY left for the next day. We had to send guests home with the leftovers. Our guests raved about the quality of the food. Everything was delicious. Her prices are very reasonable. She was professional and courteous. SUCCESS!!! Thank you, Tiffany. Wonderful spread. Please use her services. She does an amazing job! ❤️

I've always loved the food here. Until recently. I ordered chicken strips and they were far from done. I called and the order was replaced. Today (FRIDAY) I ordered a sandwich at 2:09pm. I get there and the door is closed and locked. I was very confused being that online and on the door it says they close at 1pm. Which is a lie. I had already paid online. No answer when I called and I'm knocking on the door and they continue to walk passed as if they don't see me. FINALLY after knocking and knocking the cashier answers the door. Tells me they're closed another guy confirms.. But I'm still confused because I've paid online already. They cashier has a attitude. I requested my money back and just decided not to come back. I'm very disappointed on how it was handled and the lies being told to my face.

This place will get an order incorrect 1 out of 3 times. From small issues like condiment requests on an items, to incorrect sides to incorrect entrees. An online order can have you waiting an added 30 minutes from the agreed pick up time. No re-reimbursement is offered when an order is incorrect multiple times. I gathered from my multiple visits that the staff is unable to read the notes in any online order. The owner use to have two cafes in this complex, the old one closed down recently due to poor quality and customer service issues. I have witness the staff charge customers extra for items when the menu price was lower. Example, charging 2 dollars for a banana. The charging error appeared to be due to lack of training from the person who was running the cash resister. The charging issues witnessed were at the recently closed cafe, but the current one is still using most of the same employees. I will not waste my time or money at this hole in the wall cafe again, which is sad as I work within the building complex. The owner needs to invest more time in training her employees.

Tiffany runs a tight ship. I have enjoyed seeing her smiling face for every hunger moment I experienced during my work day over the last 5 years. She learned my name after the first month. She even made me organic deodorant once. This should explain how much she cares about her customers. She employs very friendly and respectable people too. I will miss this dime box when our offices move for sure. Especially Tiffany.

I eat here a few times a week. It's a shirt walk from where I work. I enjoy the food and the service is always good. The prices are more than fair for the price.

Employees were very friendly and inviting. Food was made fresh and quick. Ordered chicken spinach and mushroom quesadilla and fries. Came out great.

They do have some very good menu items, but for the most part it is quite mediocre. On that note, however, their Maple Bacon Club is very enjoyable.
The prices are fair and the staff is very friendly.
