Subway

I'm not one to boast about a chain sandwich shop... because the product is pretty much standard throughout... and the subs were good.. as good as at any Subway. What made this one stand out was the staff. My kids and I went there after an afternoon at Austin's The Thinkery. My kids asked to go to this particular Subway because they said the staff was awesome. I pensively went along with them (when you get both kids to agree on a place to eat that isn't pizza... you go with it). I have to admit, I've never felt so welcome. Bonus.. our "Sandwich Artist" engaged with the kids.. and talked to them like a friend... and listened. It was fairly amazing. I can't believe I'm typing this... but I can't wait to go back to this Subway.

Retrain your staff. IDK why, but the boy behind the counter refused to put roast beef on a club sandwich...when I asked him to, he said it was there in between the other meats. I got my sandwich and checked...it was not. I had to ask his coworker to put roast beef on the club...retrain your staff.

I work at torchys right next door to this place. As I was getting off work I decided to go get something to eat here and the sign said open the door was locked with no one in their and on a Sunday 8:55pm when the sign clearly said Sunday open til 10pm 🤔 I was like what😑! Not cool they should fire that person 4 leaving early or whatever!😑
