Seriously the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I’m plagued with it being the only one near my house let alone one of 2 places open at 2:30am the crew never has it together and cannot seem to be able to take order efficiently the staff turn on both menu light for each drive through lane and then only answers one lane i can confidently say I will never go back and I IMPLORE ANYONE READING THIS TO NEVER GO THERE!!!

This place and its employees are SERIOUSLY INCOMPETENT. How difficult is it to get an order correct when you have it RIGHT THERE ON THE SCREEN? We asked for sauces and a quarter pounder and did not receive sauces NOR the burger. We have had issues with this location in the past and at this point we'd rather go out of the way then to this location. If you're unable to do your job then you don't need one. Done with this location and its incompetence.

Staff on Wednesday didn't have it together. Made online order, rolled up to the speakerbox and gave them the online order code, they read back the name on the order to us. Go up to the window and they have no clue about our order, show them the code and app, still nothing. They refuse to acknowledge an order took place. "It didn't go through".
Okay. Riddle me this then, how did the guy at the call center who answers the speakerbox know the name on my order. I only gave them the order code, somehow your call center/box answerers know the name on the order, yet you are certain the order didn't go through.
Listen. **** happens, it's fine. But train your staff to handle when **** happens, and not act like complete ******* to customers. An easy solution would have been for you to just look at the order and let us pull up to a spot while you sort things out. But no, on Wednesday 06/29 your staff chose to do anything else. So we cancelled the order, as no alternative was given.

So bad. I keep going back because I think "it will be better this time". It's not. I keep simplifying my order and they keep messing it up. Without fail. Every single time. Can't even get a single item right. I get overcharged or double charged. And when you try to get it fixed you would have better luck talking to a brick wall.

Got free wifi but they don't have plugs for your phone or tablet they should. Coffee is great as always. Food looks good on the walls it tastes really good as well just gotta put some plugs for to charge your phone and tablet. Would be nice. Not asking to much.

I enjoy coming to this location every time we go to Bastrop lake we make a stop at this McDonald’s always friendly the new girl was super nice and patient I had a big order there was a mistake and I left with a different sandwich out of my many sandwiches. Really my fault I should’ve checked my receipt she’ll get it she just started we are from Austin we’ve all been the new girl

I’ve been stopping here for breakfast pretty regularly for the last 2 years, close to work. Whoever is the morning manager here needs to be taken to corporate headquarters and paid generously to rewrite the management procedure manual. Best McDonald’s I have ever seen. Breakfast anyway. No matter how long the drive through line is, they keep it moving. I’ve never been asked to pull forward and wait. I’ve never had an order given to me incorrectly and the food is always, and I mean always, hot and fresh. It even looks good if you can believe that. The breakfast crew at this restaurant all deserve a nice raise. They earned it.

I had to work this morning at 6am so I stopped off to grab some breakfast. It’s was 4:55 when I pulled up to order. They had a line so I assumed it wouldn’t be long as it appeared to be moving. I was finally able to order at 5:10am only to sit in line for over 20 minutes. For a biscuit and hash brown no drink no nothing, however I did notice these ladies were just standing around talking.
Only 3 people working to 7 staff I counted this morning including the manager just running her mouth. This location isn’t a good place to stop for a quick breakfast in all I waited over 30 mins lucky my job is how the road.
