The heavy set, somewhat young female that works in this store is rude AF!!!! I am a regular customer in this store, and every single time, she's rude. She won't ever answer your questions vocally. She shakes her head yes or no as opposed to speaking. NEVER says thank you, even if a customer says it. She will also take her sweet time to go to the register if she's doing something else as you walk in. I've always held my tongue until today. I go up to the register today, and I asked if they had any more wings than the ones they had displayed. She barely shakes her head no. So in order to make her speak, I asked again. She then replies no loudly. So I then ask for a pack of the cigarettes she knows I ALWAYS buy when I go in there. I know she heard me, but she yells, "what did you say? I can't hear you." So I repeat it, this time louder. She yells, "ok, that's better". I then say, "funny, cause any other time I come in here you seem to be mute. You never speak, and you're rude to the customers". She replies, " I don't care". So then the older Hispanic female working next to her starts to tell me to stop, and that if I don't I will no longer be allowed in there. Go figure! So I said I'm going to find out who the manager is, and tell him (I know it's a male cause I've seen him in there before) how rude and disrespectful to customers she is. The other woman says, "well, she'll still have her job". I am disgusted at how employees now treat their customers! It's so unprofessional. I'm tired of it. People like that should lose their jobs.

I usually stop to buy a coffee and a muffin on my way to work but every time I go in, the lazy clerk with the red hair is texting or talking on her phone,there's never any coffee ready,she's rude as f**k, oh did I mention lazy. I don't think she likes her job and the manager should Fire her and her and get a real person who acknowledges you, but most of all have coffee ready.

Heavy set women working late evening is generally rude to customers when I'm there and has been rude to me for the last time, plus I have heard her cussing and swearing about her job more then I can count.

My son needed to use the restroom badly today so I stopped at the first store i saw, when we enter we asked to use the restroom and the cashier rudely responded that if we weren't buying anything to get out. So I bought something even though it was cold hearted of the cashier not to let a 5 year old kid who was clearly needing to go, go. And when we enter the restroom it was the most unsanitary conditions I have ever seen. There was literally feces all over the floor and walls. With no toilet paper in sight. To make a big deal about buying something to use the restroom and the restroom not maintaining a clean restroom is bs!

Athlete here who goes to planet fitness daily. Came to this 711 to pickup a quick pre workout snack and a water. Some cockeyed ass cashier by the name of “Vincent” asked me to leave the store because I refuse to leave my gym bag at the door. I understand people are thieves but I knew exactly what I wanted to get and stayed within his sight. I could have easily tossed his lil’ ass up but decided not to cause problems and just left. Won’t return to this location again.

I drive professionally for rideshare companies, and they've refused to put my fuel rewards discounts on multiple times. For someone who fills up twice a day, denying the savings program that you're advertising is a big deal.
