Papa Johns Pizza

Don’t order pizza from here. We have now waited 2 and a half hours to get our pizza delivered. We ordered this on the way home from a family outing and the delivery guy didn’t leave it on the doorstep since we weren’t home. And yes we had already paid for the pizza. The customer service here is abysmal. After asking to be redelivered they just cancelled our order. Then we reordered and rather than sending it out immediately we have to wait for another hour. It’s now 10:32pm after ordering for the second time at 9:28pm and it’s still showing in the prepared stage and when you call no one picks up.

Pizza has been sub-par for a while. They did not include a garlic dipping sauce and did not care. Delivery driver said, "Sorry I did not check to see if it was included." Called the store, and the girl offered to give me an "extra garlic sauce free next time." Wow, but no thanks. Just gonna quit ordering from these folks since they don't care about customer service.

I don’t know what’s going on with this papa John’s but this is crazy…apparently their oven keeps breaking or has been broken for weeks…OR it’s the end of the day and they just didn’t feel like doing my order…I don’t really know what to expect. But this the 3rd time in this month I’ve tried to order from this papa John’s first time they call oven broken refund…2nd time couple weeks later closed for remodel…cool back open 3rd try and again apparently oven is broken. Honestly felt like they just didn’t want to do it. Idk if they were about to close or what but online said they’re open until 1 am placed order at 845-850…

DO NOT deliver from here. Very rude, didn’t get my pizza because I apparently didn’t hear a knock on the door? The manager here intentionally put me on hold when I tried to call back. Had to call a total of 12 times to get my refund, to hear the driver was the manager of the store who tried to blame me for not hearing the knocks. Lost hours of my time and now we have to find somewhere else to get food.

After waiting for over an hour (for a single pizza order quoted at 28-38 minutes), the pizza had not even left the shop. I called the "manager hotline" to talk to a manager who did nothing, said she could do nothing. Very poor experience. EDIT I am adding a star to my rating. After going back in and talking to the in-store manager (I wish I had gotten his name), I was given a comp on my next pizza. He was extremely receptive to the situation. Even so, I don't think the first experience should have happened in the way it had. Something needed to be done better. The "manager hotline" they have you dial connected me to some woman (as mentioned) who could only tell me, "Sorry -- upper management doesn't allow us to change the estimated times. I wish I could do something. Try contacting upper management. Maybe with enough feedback they'll get the system changed." As if it were my job to do that. She didn't even try to reconcile the situation. My pizza took almost two hours to arrive. To those of you who decide to order out from here -- best of luck.
