7-eleven

This place is very dingy inside. I think there are a lot of 7-Elevens around here that are like franchises a not company owned. Two things that happened in there that I did not like. First, I pulled up to the pump and tried to pump gas. I slid my card in and out two or three times and it never worked so I gave up. I then went inside and ordered two pieces of pizza. As I was ordering the pizza I said something to the man behind the counter about the card reader. He said he already knew about it. If he knew about it why did he not walk outside and put a sign on their saying something to that effect so people didn't waste their time at that pump? After that, I walked outside with my two pieces of pizza and got my car and opened them up to eat them. They looked like they were about a day old they were dry and horrible and he had the nerve to sell them to me. I would stay away from this place.

The only reason why this place got any stars is because of Delfina but anytime anybody shows up after a certain time like right now 7pm and the gentleman who’s at the front counter is there you miss out on business several people walk out Without even purchasing anything no one wants to wait at the line that is always 3+ people long his customer service skills leaves much to be desired and his ability to count when giving change is not there which is outrageous because the change is displayed on the Register. There is of course another little girl who works there who is kind of rude but only in the sense that she has no manners when it comes to customers otherwise she’s an efficient worker she’s fast and accurate. But the night shift guy is a huge disappointment and Waste of minimum wage

I've gone to this place 3 times and each time have had bad service. Always someone sitting outside asking for money or swisher sweets. The last 2 times I have pumped gas there and it says $1.79.when I'm done putting gas in i noticed it was charging $1.89 and the guy behind the counter was saying the gas is $1.79 a gallon. But he can't do anything to fix it and that he just works there wouldn't give me any other info other than that. After me complaining he asked for my copy of my receipt from when I paid but only gave me like 38¢ what's that going to do lol.

My husband bought a pepperoni pizza and it had some kind of cleaning chemical smell to it and ate 1 slice and it had an after taste of chemical as well. I returned it thinking they will make it right. I was wrong. Delfina was rude said if I wanted another one I had to pay for it. She said if I wanted a refund she's going to charge me for the slice I ate. She was very rude to me and treated me like i wanted something free. She said we got pizza before without problems. I said yes but this is the first time we had a problem and she said we are no longer allowed to get any pizza anymore. Just because we had a problem this time didn't mean we didn't want to try again.

Terrible morning manager, an incredibly rude and condescending Hispanic woman, middle aged. They put out day-old pastry to sell for a dollar per bag....I got a bag with 2 donuts from the day olds, right in front of her. When I check out, she says she didn't put any of that type of donut out and squishes them through the bag for five minutes to make SURE they were stale enough to be day old pastry. Ugh. Horrible woman.
