Pizza Hut

Horrible experience. The breadsticks were over cooked and hard as brick. To make matters worse when I call a “manager” puts me on hold for 10 mins.. when I called back I was hung up on after asking for the name of the person who answered. I am so upset with this treatment. I am driving up to the store now and I don’t appreciate having to argue and escalate a complaint that is usually resolved by your competitors.. now I remember why I havent ordered Pizza Hut in a while.. the professionalism of the store in my area is way below average.

The app was extremely easy to use and flowed very well. Almost too well. They made ordering pizza effortless which isn't exactly the healthiest option but so good when you're feeling it. Friendly staff, pizza was right out of the oven and ready when the app said it would be and was very flavorful when I ate it about 10 minutes later.

Yesterday, I ordered a Pizza at 5:31pm. It arrived cold at 8:00pm. I tried calling store #02292 on 13717 Burnet Rd#225 ATX 78728 but could not get a human on the line. The call actually hung up on me at the end. A perfect example of poor customer service & a sub-par product. We actually had to go pick up another pizza at another local place. We will not be ordering from pizza hut anymore due to this negative experience with your company.

If I can give this a no star I would. This pizza location needs to be shut down. Manager in store unprofessional and shows no empathy. She will laugh at you while your explaining to her how they messed up your order. I place order early enough for them to still be late with wrong order and food all messed up at delivery. If you can avoid this location you should.

I ordered this pizza yesterday & it was the first thing I had eaten. I called the store & let him know someone in his kitchen is sick preparing food. He didn't care about me reporting this, because he said nobody is sick. Instead of arguing with the customer just fix the issue. Do not order from this store.

Can't deliver even CLOSE to when the app says it will! Ordered at 4:45, app said 5:09 pm delivery, and it got here are 5:47. It was not only late, it was cold, the pizza crust was barely baked and did not taste fresh. And both pizzas were supposed to be pan pizzas, and what I got was the thinnest pan pizza I have ever seen! Unacceptable service, food temperature and taste. Three strikes, you're out! Do NOT order from this place!
