Went in there last night and bought 4 Blue Bell pint ice creams the guy charged me $20 when I told them they were $2.74 a piece he refused to give me a refund. I asked him to come look at the price on the freezer and he walked over acknowledged they were that price but refused to give me the $8.00 back that he overcharged me. Then he grabbed the ice cream out of my hand which were in a bag and told me I couldn't have my ice cream either. well I grabbed them right back . told him I wanted a receipt that I would be back to talk to the manager. this guy shouldn't be working in customer service. He stole my money, was rude and lazy. I will be in to get my money and will be contacting corporate also..

GO TO ANOTHER STORE. The employees are rude. Today I was told you have to have exact change...they had NO change - but you could not use a credit card because it was broken. So you are telling me with everyone paying in cash today, you cannot make change??? If that is not a scam, I do not know what is.

Lady at the register was absolutely disrespectful. She implied I was a crook because I was browsing the store, treated me as if I wasn’t allowed to go near the coffees because I had been looking at the refrigerated section? If I’m browsing and say I don’t need help, then mind your business while I make a decision. I would have been a paying customer and instead left to take my business elsewhere, and advise everyone else do the same. Unbelievably bad service, all the other 1 star reviews are absolutely warranted.

Men's bathroom is absolutely disgusting. I took pictures but can't post them here, will be emailing corporate office. The clerk i told reslonded with, it's always dirty, and walked to the next register to ring up the next customers items. It should always be clean but especially during pandemic days, no?

I am a 7-11 rewards member, however today they made me pay full price for my drink and did not allow me to enter my membership number at the register. This will be the last time that I stop at this location. I don't even get credit for my 7th Big Gulp free. The men's room also has no way of drying your hands out of paper towels.

Long time 7-11 customer, stopped by this morning at 5:30am cold coffee, cheap gas hints the 2 stars and wont take my debt card for lotto. I know they cant take credit but this is the only one ive been too that cant take debt that and cold coffee not fit to drink i think that this is the last time i will stop at that 7-11 any time soon. Bad thing is i work in la frontera.
