Pizza Hut

Terrible service, mostly because there literally wasn't any... At all. Set outside after ordering curbside for over half an hour waiting on a pizza that never came and if you try to call the store they'll just hang up the phone repeatedly call customer service and all they'll say is basically I'm sorry and tough luck don't waste your money go to literally any other place that will actually serve you food instead of just taking your money.

Horrible!! If I could give negative stars I would. We called a 8pm and ordered a pizza for delivery. We were told 30 minutes. An hour later I called back to inquire about the delay and was told to call back in 20 minutes (!) to speak to a manager because they were dealing with an issue. I called back 20 minutes later and they hung up on me before I could even say anything. I called again and was told it was on the way. The store is one mile from our hotel. We waited another 30 minutes, called again, hung up on again, and then finally gave up at 10:30pm. I guess that’s what they call customer service these days. I’ll never order from Pizza Hut again.

Save yourself the headache, wrong orders and wrong charges and place your order at another location. One star only because there is no negative stars that google offers. Horrible ethics. I ordered at 9:47pm for delivery at 5 minutes away hotel that I was staying at. They closed at 10pm, and I was still waiting for my order till 11:30pm. I used to work at a pizza place and as a delivery driver, we’d deliver all orders until we completed them all, even after hours. No orders were taken after closing, but orders for delivery were all completed…. Well, not this place. I never even got a call saying they were not going to deliver my order. I only knew because I got an alert from DoorDash saying my order was transferred to them at 11:30pm or so, and the drivers stated the place was already closed. By midnight I found they charged me for the order at $39.00 or so, but got a credit back for same amount, then I got a charge for $27.00. At this point, I called DoorDash but they stated I had to call them directly. The next day around 5:30pm I went into the store asking for my refund because I called them over three times and no answer. When I was requesting this refund of $27.00 for unknown service there was also two more customers stating their orders were wrong. Needless to say, if there is another Pizza Hut near by you, PLEASE ORDER FROM THEM AND NOT IN THIS LOCATION. Save yourself from the headache from wrong orders and unknown charges.

I ordered my pizza for delivery at 7:40pm. It's now 9:50pm. I called the store and no one answered. I understand they're busy and it's not the workers fault but also I need to know if I'm even going to receive my pizza because the store closes at 10pm. I called the customer service line and they said there's not a whole bunch they can do lolol xD so now I'm like, I paid for pizza I'm not going to get and it's too late to go get something else. Pizza hut, please give me a refund for the pizza I didn't receive! And maybe turn off the online ordering if you can't hire enough staff to fill the orders people pay for.

Basically paid for a smear of sauce, hardly any pepperoni and one slice of razor thin scattered onion. It was mostly bread on a stuffed crust pizza order. To be fair, there was decent cheese in the "stuffed" part. Super skimpy ingredients on a crust that should have been baked longer. I won't be back. Super disappointed. No wonder they're having trouble.

Ordered delivery, and when the food got here, it was all what you’d expect from a busy Pizza Hut. However, I was not going to use the sauce I received for my wings because it was 15 days past the expiration date. As someone who’s worked in food for 8 years, this is absolutely disgusting. I will not order here again.
