someone hacked my debit card and I'm trying to call them to get some help they ANSWER and then hang up!! just emailed 7 eleven to see if they get back with me meanwhile i have to milk for my kids and have nothing on my card to get by this is very wrong cant get a hold of any one on the phone!!! someone please help!!

It was kind of busy during the morning rush, 12-19-18 Got a coffee and 1 slice of pizza, the over weight lady cashier with no nametag charged me almost 4 dollars. She was in a super rush, and didnt have time to answer questions or be polite. I understand they need to hurry to take your money, but when your going too fast to treat customers well, then you need to slow down a little. I asked how much the coffees were and she told me the prices should be over there, dismissing me. I checked again, and told her there's no prices anywhere. She said I'll tell the manager, as she kind of smirked. And then she didnt give me the receipt, so my $2.50 coffee....is it worth that much? Today 12-20, there was a different worker. A young Mexican guy with crazy hair. The line was twice as long as yesterday. He was the friendliest, fastest, most polite worker I've seen in awhile....including all restaurants or where ever. Crazy how 2 visits can be completely different depending on the workers attitude. This guy needs to be a manager, the lady from yesterday should be fired.

Overcharge of 52 oz big gulp refill mug by fake blonde pimple faced guy clerk on Saturday 07/20/19 @ 711 Exxon location @ 1320 E Oltorf, corner of Oltorf, Live Oak & I 35. Clerk hurriedly almost angrily & repeatedly stated $1.40 which is ($1.29+$.11 tax). I asked initially then a 2nd time if this refill is $.99? The pricing sign @ big gulp dispensing display clearly states 52 oz or less is $.99 for refill & $1.29 for over 52 oz + tax. Mug has upc label stating 711 52oz big gulp. I was robbed of $.33. Clerk was rude & embattled. As I entered store he was arguing with another consumer. The clerk is now disguising with a ball cap. Has silver car parked off side of pumps. Very rude, argumentative & poor customer service skills.

Good place, good people. could be a little cleaner, definite plus that they use gloves when handling your choice of food, only real concern to me is that occasionally when reaching over for toppings for the hot dogs the onions, Jalapenos, exc...
