The cashier is extremely rude and incompetent there and does not know how to explain anything such as why there is a hold on your card for pumping gas in at THEIR location. I have never been to a 7/11 and I will never be coming back their services are trash. I wouldn’t go to this location if I were you.

This is one of the worst-run convenience stores I've ever been to. As an example, I went in two days ago - they didn't have any Super Big Gulp cups, so I got a Double Gulp. No unsweetened ice tea, so I go for a Coke Zero; no Coke Zero, so I got a Diet Coke. No long straws, so I got a short straw (doesn't even reach the bottom of a Double Gulp cup). OK, fine... maybe they've just been too busy to check on everything, or they're waiting on supplies to come in. But then I went back today, two days later. Still no Super Big Gulp cups, again no tea, the Coke Zero and the Diet Coke are BOTH out, AND there are no straws at all, not even the short ones. This is just an example. They're constantly running out of things. I went in the bathroom once and there was no toilet paper and no paper towels. I've gone in at 5:30 after work, and there's no roller grill items. Maybe some of that falls on the employees, but most of it falls on management. On the bright side, the clerks up front are as nice as can be, always with a smile and friendly conversation, and very helpful. That's the only reason it's getting two stars instead of one.

Knowing that 7 eleven requires restrooms to be checked 1 every hour for clean and toilet paper is available. It was extremely troubling to see NO toilet paper in men's bathroom on my visit. Also the fact it was not very busy, how can they serve hot food and no toilet paper in restroom.

I went to this store on 7/21/2020 purchased $20 for gas. Kiran, one of the store clerks performed the transaction and ran my card. The transaction was approved. He then said it timed out and requested I pay another $20. I told him since the transaction was approved, I should be able to get my money back or get gas , or which gas would’ve worked in this situation. He did not do either. Had a bad time explaining what happened and stated my funds would be back onto my card today 7/22 and as expected it has not. I’ve called customer service 3 times and got nowhere with them. They refuse to assist. Knowingly this is how the system is Kiran REFUSED and did not cancel the transaction so I would be able to pay once more. He’s very argumentative and the other clerk did not do anything either stood there and looked DUMB ! This store is HORRIBLE

Currently outside of this location at 2:10 am with a handwritten sign stating store is closed and will open back up at 4:00 am. Not acceptable for a 24 hour business.

Just went in for gas and drinks, for some reason my card declined and the attendant at the register could not have been more rude about it. Continuously rolled her eyes at me and had an attitude. Meanwhile complaining about her husband behind the counter the whole time while everyone in the store could hear her. Lost my business for 7 Eleven.

Blake, and Rocky, and Michael, and the rest of the 7-11 crew including the owner,and his son who are also polite. This is one of the only north Austin stores that will actually greet you as a customer ,and make you feel welcome when you step in this door. Blake is always on top of task keeping the store looking really good, and he always carries a smile a mile. If your in town definitely stop at this 7-11. ...
