I witnessed a horrible situation today this morning. These employees embarrassed a customer and cussed him out in front of people because he lacked .30cents and asked for another purchase that was less and the employees did this to this guy. I reported it and hope he does the same. When i asked employees name he said to report him he did not care so with his permission i did!!! Way to keep AUSTIN HUMBLE GUYS.

The way they treat the same people is ridiculous and unfair yes I might be visually impaired and I can see a little bit but I still need help reading small print and I'm still trying to get in contact with the supervisor because the younger teenager was understanding and helpful the older gentleman who's older than him like in his 30s maybe 40s is pitiful and should be reprimented I know you should supposed to respect your elders but it seems like he needs to learn to respect his younger ones because his younger employee had more sense to help someone for disability

It’s a 7 Eleven :p your expectations shouldn’t be too high... but truly my dudes, wear your masks. It’s so rude. But they go through the line super fast and there’s a plastic divider between the customer and employee. And I love the snacks! & they’ve got a good variety for vaping products (gah, almost too convenient. Trying to quit the habit. Dang u, 7/11!)

I was a frequent customer here and one of the last time that I came into use the ATM I whiz immediately screamed at by the general manager in the owner as well as manager on duty! They saw I was carrying a dog in a certified service dog bag and Threatened to call the police on me if I did not exit the store! All I wanted with to use the ATM and was not allowed to

I shop at 7eleven often and I used to come to this location every single day, clerks are usually very nice ( Brenda and the other young lady ) but today I wanted to replace something I bought, that was not opened, wanted the same exact thing just a different fragrance,long story short, older, stocky guy with the grey hair working today 4:13 pm, Cameron and on 290 , was rude. Customer service sucks. I was polite and and he acted as if he did not want to be bothered. I can go to another location for the things I wanted to purchase. Smh.

Store workers doesn't wear a face mask not even when they server food like pizza, kolaches,wing or taquitos. If you tell them to wear ir, their's anwer is to get out of the store . If there is a number to talk to the manager , please let me know to report this kind of issues. With this pandemic and rhe states regulations , we have to take extra care. Not only for us ,but for our families
