If I could leave NO STARS that would be fine with me. But to be able to post this you have to click a star...I went to fill my car up and to get a quick car wash. I slid my debit card in and I always use it as a credit card at the gas pumps. I was not given that choice this time. It told me my card was not a valid card to go inside and see the attendant. I walked in and asked if he could manually add the card number in and he said he could not. I left and went around the side towards the Schlotszky's when my phone started pinging me. It was my bank alerting me of unusual activity, It showed a purchase at THAT 7-11 for $91.00's. I quickly turned around to speak with the guy there. He said it happens all the time and he doesn't know how......I said well you need to report this, He assured me that those pumps were not his and in no way was he responsible. I'm thankful for my bank and their speed in which they caught it. I however, am not thankful for that station as I will never go back there.

I see this place has a two-star rating with almost 40 reviews which is not at all surprising after the experience I had last night. I went in there late in the evening for two reasons. First, I needed to put some air in my tire, and I also need to pick up an electronic cigarette. I went and put my card into the machine to put air in the tire and the machine did not work, which was not that big a deal. So, I walked inside and ask the person behind the counter about getting a refund. He responded that I needed to call an 800 number on the side of the machine. I told him that was fine, it was not that big a deal, it was only $1.75, and if I felt like it, I just charge it back on my card. I then asked him for an electronic cigarette. He was showing me where they were and then suddenly turned around to me and says well you know you cannot return these in a very condescending tone of voice. I guess he thought that because I asked him about a refund for the air that I might ask for a refund on the e-cigarette, which was totally ridiculous. His tone of voice was horrible, and I just said forget it and started to walk out, but I turned around and told them that he did not need to talk to me that way. He had a big smirk on his face, so I told him I would not be coming back. He then told me that that was a good thing. Where normally somebody who knew how to provide customer service would have said, I am sorry about any type of misunderstanding is there anything that I can do to make this right? At that point I looked at him and asked him what his name was? He replied his name was Mohammed. So, I looked at him and said Mohammed, you have a good life because I will never be coming in here again. I do not go to that 7-Eleven often even though it is near my house. Usually, I go by there because there is an Amazon locker there and I have a lot of my stuff delivered to it as opposed to my house. I will never go back there again, and I would strongly advise other people to do the same. They are a horrible place with absolutely no customer service or concept of how to treat their people.

The clerk made me wait outside for 30 minutes at 3 am. All I had to get was a pack of swishers two seconds I had exact change. Some of the people who were here are absolutely horrible and rude Another clerk name Mohammad threatened my boyfriend when he tried to pay with change. This whole store isn’t even worth having on this street and we would honestly do better if it wasn’t even there

On September 19, 2020 I came to this location to cash my lottery tickets. The cashier said very loudly every ticket that was a winner. After the first ticket I asked him not to say the winnings out loud, he said no and continued. I explained how other people were in the store and it can make me a target he continued. I then asked him if this location was a franchise or corporation and he said he don’t know!
