The lady working right now is downright rude. She is so mean that I didn’t even buy everything I went in for. I know it’s difficult to find employees right now, but this isn’t the first time I’ve had a horrible experience with her. I’ve given this 7-11 a lot of my money and now I am officially DONE. From now on, I will take my business to the 7-11 just a couple miles from here on Bee Cave and Castle Ridge where the employees are always kind and welcoming. I really hope the owner/manager of this store on Bee Cave and Beaver Trail see this review and rethink keeping this woman employed with them.

The elderly customer in front of me was trying to purchase some items. He was turned away by an employee named Austin who said, "I dont have time for this." Austin grabbed the items away from the customer and told him to leave. The customer looked bewildered and left the store. After I approached the counter to make my purchase, I asked Austin why he was so rude to the previous customer. Austin grabbed my items and told me to leave the store. This isn't the first time i have had a conflict with Austin. Previously, I asked him why he wasn't wearing his mask properly. "What is the point of wearing a face mask on your chin?" He said if I dont like it, I could order my products online. I would give zero stars, if I could. I spend a rediculous amount of money in convienience stores, due to the fact that I am on the road constantly as a service tech. No more at this store. BTW, shortly after I took this photo, Austin took his mask off, so he could yell at me, right in front of another customer. I asked Austin if he was the manager, he said his aunt was. Maybe that is why he thinks it's acceptable to be rude to customers, nepotism.

Most gas pumps were not operational. The store does not have a restroom for customers. Very much behind in customer service. I would not recommend this store.

No restroom is ridiculous and I'm pretty sure to sell gasoline you legally have to have a working restroom for customers

The worst store ever Carol the owner hired me trained me for 3 weeks and told me she was going to give me 14 dollars an hour then after training I would go up to 15 when I asked her after training was she going to change my pay she walked out of the store and ignored me she was getting ready to sell her store and she used me for 3 weeks I had to leave work early so I didn't get a chance to meet the new owner she lied and see that all the employees could stay when the new owner started and then once he came he told me since he hadn't met me I was no longer an employee and I had to re interview she complained the whole time I was training saying I didn't move fast enough and she used me until she sold her store I trained for nothing and after she used me I no longer have a job the new owner told me I had to re interview because he has not met me no employee should bhave to re interview because a new owner is there he is very un professional so not shop there

If I could give Negative 5 stars I would! I came in to buy a pack of white claws, went to checkout and the lady at the counter says she doesn’t accept PASSPORTS, which is a government issued ID. I’ve used my passport in this store before but she says she is the owner and hasn’t accepted anything but Texas IDs for 6 years. She said because she is so close to a high school she only accepts Texas IDs, must suck for anyone moving from out of state. Won’t be giving this store business ever again.

Horrible experience. After spending $65 on gas and purchasing food inside, I was not allowed to use the bathroom in their already filthy establishment.

9-11-21, late evening: I drive for Uber. Figured I would stop by for an energy shot and a snack, use restroom. I approached the counter, passing the older lady clerk who was moping. Saw a taped up sign saying the bathroom is out of order. I asked her "So, no bathroom?" just to confirm my bad luck. She said "yeah, back there(behind counter). You didn't ask me." I replied "Well, I saw the sign on the door." All she timing me then was to be careful, "there's a lot of stuff back there." After coming back, she 100% made me feel unwelcome or at least inconvenient to her as I checked out. I found nothing welcoming about her service from the moment I walked in. I wasn't going to review, but then I saw the other ones..... I've done that job. No excuse for making cx feel bad about shopping at your store.
