Domino's Pizza

Never disappoints, hot fresh pizzas in no time. Although that might be since I pick up my orders rather than have them delivered. There are multiple reviews here critical of the delivery experience. This particular joint seems to be perpetually running low on drivers for delivery. Try picking up pizza from here, it's half price for a large pizza. Lots of savings!

Well, I didn’t expect my delivery’ driver not to show up and not to have my food delivered. So I called the store, and finally got someone on the phone. She was extremely rude and kept acting annoyed that I didn’t want to eat cold food that wasn’t here, that I’d already paid and tipped for. She kept saying she’d cancel my order, which I didn’t want. When I asked her name, she hung up on me. Not really sure why I needed to be hung up on when I’ve already waited more than 2 hours for my food. Edited to add: my delivery driver showed up about 3 hours after I ordered my food. He was lovely, and the food was great. Thankful that he was able to get our food to us. Just really wish the experience hadn’t been what it was with the rude lady who works at the store.

This is the second or third time I've ordered delivery online from this location and have waited over an hour for my food. I am now at about 30 minutes past the max delivery time on the website, and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. Just looked through the other reviews and it looks like this happens a lot. Definitely don't order from here.

I can’t give them a zero star, but I am beyond disappointed from this experience. Never in my life. I will add pictures and a video. They didn’t care to express their apologies for their mistake. They just cancelled my orders twice. I ordered ahead of time through the application for an early delivery and they called 1 hour and 15 minutes later to tell me my order wouldn’t be ready. I was already on my way because they wouldn’t pick up the phone. I told them that and they said they weren’t open. And I would need to wait. I asked to speak to a supervisor and lady on the phone said she was the supervisor and was going to cancel order. I reordered because it was the easiest closest option for our school celebration. And I get there to find one employee sitting in a table/counter on her phone on Snapchat. The “supervisor” walks out saying my order will be not be ready and I need to cancel. I was very upset at this point to which she kept her authoritarian composure and threatened to call the cops. Extremely awful customer service. The other customer walked in and they told him they weren’t open, to which he asked why does it say 10 am here? He was upset too, but didn’t have the time to bother, just walked out. PLEASE don’t order from this place again!

I called to make a pick-up order and this girl answered very rudely! She didn’t know how to ring up the pizza, she kept having to ask someone else for help and we were on the phone for like 25 minutes before she finally got it rung up. I went up to the store to get the pizza and she didn’t even ring it up right. After I confronted the district manager that was there that my pizza isn’t correct, she continues being rude and is staring at me the entire time I’m waiting for the remake. When I would look up she would literally roll her eyes and shake her head at me like I was in the wrong. No ma’am. I personally work in food services and people like Diana should not being dealing with customers at all. Very rude and disrespectful dominoes can do better without her!

The workers dont seem like they care about their jobs or the quality of the food. Everything was undercooked in my 3 item order that was also overdue by 30 minutes. I had to call them several times before they answered (each time waiting about 5 minutes) and luckily was able to get money back. Definitely should have read reviews before ordering.

the worst service. the tracker said my food was supposed to be here at 8, i ordered at 7:30, and it didn’t get here till 8:45. On top of that it was the wrong pizza. i tried to get a hold of the store, literally called them 6 times and no one answered. (i was on the line for 10 minutes each time and no one answered). DONT recommend
