Domino's Pizza

Never order from this store. Our food was over an hour late and when we called in to ask the status we could hear the staff talking about how they forgot it on the counter and to reheat it. When we finally received our food it was hard as a rock and the slices weren't even cut right. One slice was 1 inch another was 8 inches. Zero quality control. The store told us theres nothing they can do about it and that if we wanted our money back we could drive the pizza back to them. After calling Domino's Customer Service line multiple times for multiple weeks the location owner has essentially refused to respond even after having a refund request initiated by Domino's Corporate.

This has to be worldwide the worst Domino's ever. No matter what time it is no matter what day of the week it is it takes 1.5 hours. To get your food and the reason is there waiting for someone else's order to come through so they can deliver 2 at one time in the meanwhile your food is sitting in a hot box are in their car in the cardboard chilling literally. If you are unfortunate as I am and this is the closest one you're better off driving to pick up your food

This Domino's is less than a mile from my house so I usually carry-out, the food is always piping hot and ready when I arrive at the store after ordering online. I've been several times - including New Year's Eve! - and never had a problem. Definitely recommend ordering online and using whatever Mix n Match coupon deal they have going.

Placed an order at 6:45. Was quoted 35-45 minute delivery. At around 30 minutes my order was marked as completed but no food was at the door. I called the store to ask where the order was and was told the driver went back to the store because of a glitch but he was headed this way. After an HOUR I called again and asked for the manager to explain and ask where my food was. He called the driver and didn't put the phone on hold, so I heard him speaking with the driver. Kinda dismissive considering my order says it has been completed when the driver has my food in his car just driving around. What is going on at this location.
