Mcdonald's

Hadn't been to McDonald's in awhile so decided to go here. BIG MISTAKE! The burger tastec old and it was cold, disgustingly cold, so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. The fries which should have been a large was 1/2 a container, at best & cold, soggy and gross. The large frozen coke I ordered was 1/2 melted when I got to the window and basically had the food shoved through my window in my face. Disgustingly cold food, except for the FROZEN coke which was melted & RUDE employees this place is a JOKE. Go somewhere else. This place needs to be shut down.

This place is very inconsistent. I work nights nearby and sometimes TRY to get something to eat here. Many nights to be told "We're not taking orders right now" with no explanation. Or "Our system is down, we're not taking orders". Last night I was there about 1:55 am and was told "We're only doing online and door dash orders". Sometimes you pull up to the drive-through and no one ever comes on to take your order. You can see a bunch of the employees gathered in the front of the store. I guess it's break time. You'd think the owner/general manager would notice these weird drop-offs in sales and question what's going on. I've learned to drive a little extra to the McDonald's on I-35. They don't seem to have the same problems.

Went in around 2 o'clock. Allows indoor dining and the dining area was just barely getting cleaned. Floor, tables, and seats were filthy. Fries were soggy limp things. Not fresh and the gold star they should be at the Golden Arches. They have an army of employees but can't seem to get your order correct. Zero customer service. My quarter pounder looked liked it was made yesterday. Calling this a sad sad McDonald's is being kind. 👎

Avoid this place like the plague. They make up lobby hours have terrible terrible service and are slow as Christmas. Placed an order for pickup inside. Lobby was closed apparently, ignored by literally every employee inside with no way to cancel my order. I cannot believe the service is so bad here. Go to manor or the one on parmer and 35 but don’t waste your time or money here.

Well no breakfast for me and my husband this morning I guess... Much like the many many times I had dinner or lunch here and ate something I didn't order because they get the order WRONG....and forget calling them and getting someone to answer the phone and definitely don't bother leaving a phone number because NO ONE is calling you back! We sat at the speaker this morning for 8 mins and none answered us to take our order! We drove around to the employee sweeping the drive thru and he said they are open so we went back thru the drive thru and said hello hello hello... No one answered AGAIN! So we took off. I will not be giving them another chance and I live just across the street and would love to have an easy dinner night option from time to time..but these folks aren't it! 👎👎👎👎👎

Absolutely terrible. When I first came in an employee sitting in the lobby kept telling me to leave under his breath. The rest were in such a rush to close the inside of the store as if the drive they wasn’t still going to be open that an employee literally ignored another as she called him for help. Even locked the door before I could even finish my order so I just left and didn’t get anything.
