Pluckers Wing Bar

Really enjoyed having this location so close and enjoyed the food most of the time. Taking away curbside will make me reconsider going here in the future. Ordered and called for curbside to be told they don’t offer it anymore. Would have been nice to be said we are stopping curbside in the future but we will bring this out to you. Based on this experience and the last couple, I don’t plan to come back very often.

Not family friendly. Food is good. Waits are very long. It is very loud to the point where you cannot have a conversation. We where sitting barely able to hear own thoughts never the less convey them to others. Amazingly, not knowing it was possible, it managed to get louder. Someone decided to turn the volume of the baseball game louder than the already loud customers. Caution: Prices on menu are not accurate. "Kids eat free" does not include drinks. Waitress removed plates from our table before we where done eating. Food was still on it. Tldr: Choose another location or order to go.

Took the family for dinner on a Saturday. We were told that there was a waiting list and that there was like 19 people in front of us (1hr and 40 minutes). I told the guy at the front if could take one of the tables outside since there was only one family using one of the tables outside. Plenty of tables outside. But he said that we had to wait because they had to go down the list. They should give the option to the customers to sit outside that way the waiting list can move faster. We ended up leaving.

We came from San Antonio to visit family and we did not have a great experience. Our server did not smile once she looked very overwhelmed, they are very short staffed here. She did not come to fill up drinks not one time. We had to get up and look for her to ask for refills and when we did she gave us a look like we were bothering her. The food came out and all the wings were over cooked and had very hard pieces, fries were cold like they were sitting under a heat lamp for sometime before she brought them out. We were there to celebrate my sons birthday and I’m very disappointed I feel I could of spent my $350 elsewhere and got better service. The Pluckers in San Antonio is 10x better than this location. I did leave a decent tip but almost hesitated since all she did was take the order and didn’t come and ask for refills and other servers were bringing our food out and they didn’t even who had what. It was very disappointing and I will never visit this location again nor recommend this location to anyone.

I'm cool with the extra help, but if the place is packed...due to the games, boxing, etc... Than, the extra workers that are just STANDING around TALKING & BEING SILLY need to be DOING SOMETHING!! I don't care if its: checking if any tables, restrooms, the bar, parking lot, etc...need to be clean. Or checking that all drinks ordered per party have been filled & orders have been brought. Or valet check outside & make sure EVERYONE is parking right...there was A LOT of cars side parking, blocking lanes & others from leaving, accidents almost occurred. So much was going on for a BUSY 🌃 & it was very late either so...

The manager Todd was so amazing and super helpful! We’re visiting from Houston and we came here for the wings of course but also i was drooling for a cold lemonade. We’re visiting during this water boil notice and we’re told by the server they were out of everything from drinks to ice me being upset about that he came and handled it. He definitely turned my boyfriend and i experience around! He made ice and our drinks happen. We’ve had so many bad experiences with restaurants and managers and he deff turned that around for us! He was super helpful and went above and beyond to make our drinks happen. We were very appreciative for him. Deff recommended this location great hospitality from management
