Life Cafe

This isn't just a gym and pool, in summer this feels like a small holiday resort. Outside and inside there is plenty of pool space for all to enjoy, whether you are competitively swimming for fitness, enjoying a slow swim, or playing with your kids. Hot tubs and Sauna are great and other areas of the site seem clean and welcoming. Our child enjoyed his swimming lessons and loves the outdoor pool in the summer season. There is a children's activity center (play space) which is well supervised, so your child can play here while you work out or just get a coffee in the cafe. I am not a gym user but it looks pretty well equipped. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. Only thing I would love to see improved is the food quality and service in the cafe. From coffee to meals, you are paying the price of a decent cafe but the quality just isn't there. Cafe service has also been a bit of an issue. But this is a small part of what is otherwise a pretty great place.

I just joined 2 weeks ago. I was a little hesitant because it’s more than I had wanted to pay for a gym membership but I desperately needed someplace with child care for 2 kids. I am SO glad I joined! I’ve been almost every day! My kids LOVE the kids club. As for the gym, it is so clean and spacious! I love that I never have someone right next to me. Bathrooms and showers also super clean. I absolutely look forward to going to the gym! They have other services: cafe, salon for hair and nails, and spa services. I probably won’t utilize those areas as much, but love that I have those options as needed! I will also mention every interaction with staff members have been extremely pleasant!

I have been to several other gyms and fitness clubs. None compare to this LT. The staff is SO SUPER FRIENDLY! I see the same staff members each day/week and they are just so nice-always saying hi and stuff. The gym area is so clean and I love that they do not allow bags upstairs in the workout area. The locker room is nice because it has a sitting area with a TV, multiple hair dryers, changing rooms at the end of each locker set, and is generally super clean! The slides both inside and outside in the pool areas are a blast! My trainer, Robbie M, is such a good trainer and I have seen so much progress since Ive been working out with him!

I went to this gym regularly for several months, and really enjoyed my membership. The staff was always accommodating, the facilities were clean, and I enjoyed the classes I took. I built out my home gym and called to cancel my membership as a result, Lifetime handled my request with ease - if I need to go back to a gym in the future I’ll definitely stick with Lifetime just for that.

This gym is the best gym in the area. The price may sound a little high, however so is going to dinner. My family and I love this gym, the kids area is great and the staff is very professional and friendly. The members are courteous as well. I finally found my gym home. Thank you to the staff and management.

Beautiful facility! The equipment is always clean and there are endless options for exercise styles (weight lifting, cardio, yoga, swimming, etc.). The weight room tends to get very busy on weekdays around 6:30am and between 10am and 1pm on weekends, but overall it’s a great positive environment for pursuing health and fitness goals. The majority of the employees are incredibly kind and friendly, but there are quite a few members (and some staff) who are a bit abrupt and impolite. Overall though, very happy with the facility and wide range of offerings from group classes to the beautiful outdoor pool.

Frankly I am growing a bit frustrated with this lifetime to be honest. Besides the pool (which I don't really NEED i have one at my apartment) the reason why I go to lifetime, specifically this location, is because of the steam room however, I AM GETTING A BIT ANNOYED. The past 3 times I tried to steam I spent at least an hour collectively to get maybe one run of the steam. THE BUTTON DOESN'T WORK. It says "press for steam" and it doesn't do anything. I've been going here for 3 months now, its never really worked well, but to spend 25 minutes of my day multiple times trying to get the steam to come out is unacceptable. The steam room is the only amenity keeping me from switching to Golds which i really don't want to have to do, but especially after getting a recent email that dues are going up again. Y'all are getting literally MILLIONS more from all of this, 120$ more from me this year. For the love of God please fix the steam room. The sensor on the wall doesn't work either. I'm not kidding I was in there so long waiting for the steam to come back on that the heat of the room was literally drying up, you could see the walls were literally no longer covered in moisture. Steaming has become a massive part of my physical/ mental health and week and it's just extremely frustrating the extent to which how poorly this steam room operates. Please fix it.
