Little Caesars

Tonight my pickup pizza was amazing. Whoever was working at 5 pm on mother's day deserves a raise. My pie was I think the best I have ever ordered. I drove 10 min out of my way because of an ordering error on my part. So happy I made that mistake. Thank you for the best pizza I have had in a very long time.

I have to say, the majority of folks there are nice and very helpful. There however is one seemingly disgruntled employee, we'll call her A for short, but she has been rude numerous times and I've witnessed her with other people in front of and behind me as she sluggishly misinterprets common requests. If she doesn't want to be there, there's no reason for her to stay and create problems for, in other words, a respectable franchise owner trying to make pizza, pizza for all of us. Being bilingual doesn't make you an automatic asset. Customer service is still a priority in the service industry. Right!?

Usually things are okay at least I assume, but I just pulled a metal strip out of my pizza. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location. Hopefully I didn’t already eat any other pieces and I’m not sure how this got into my pizza crust but it’s absolutely disgusting. You can see on the flipped over piece where i pulled it out of the crust when I went to take a bite and saw it sticking out.

I come here to get the batman pizza my son really wants. The lady at the cashier and the cook are fighting with eachother I can hear load noises in the back as I'm ordering she yells "you good!" to him. Mid way of my order she walks off on me to cut pizza I wait she comes back to tell me they aren't taking cards just exact cash I paid and said keep the change she was telling me how there is going to be a 30 min wait or longer. And I said it's okay she told me yeah "it's okay I chose this job the job didn't chose me." Real awkward moment for me and my son other customers insider as well. Making it uncomfortable for customers.

Listen, I know you probably don’t LOVE your job working at a pizza joint but that doesn’t mean you have to visibly appear to hate your job or project your unhappiness onto customers. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience at any other location but my first (and last) visit at this location was just all around bad. When I picked up from the pizza portal I had noticed the brownies I ordered weren’t with the rest of the items (I didn’t know where they’d be located as I had never ordered them previously) so I stood at the front and waited for someone to come help me and there was a woman who kept walking back and forth doing other tasks that just overlooked me- and three others behind me. She finally came up front- no greeting of any kind. I told her I hadn’t gotten my brownies and she said “well yeah, if they were kept in there they’d melt” and slapped a package on my box and walked away. Which, okay cool they can’t go in the portal, I get it, but why did you have to say it like that? The funniest part is that the brownies I was given were melted anyways 😭 The food was warm but very poor quality. I think next time I’ll just stick with frozen pizzas from the store.

I'm only giving 1 star to be able to leave a review but they don't even deserve 1 star, this place needs to just shut down. This place is trash, waited 2 1/2 hours for 8 pizzas for my softball team that were paid for in advance only to return to no pizzas ready and their explanation was "we have to take care of our online orders first". Then didnt wanna refund my money but umm yeah that wasn't gonna end like that. I got a refund but waiting for it to go back on my card, Thank god for Cici's Pizza coming thru and gave the whole team a discount to dine in How customer service is supposed to be. Little Caesars is trash..

If I could rated a zero I would, employees there are rude to each other. Using profanity like always this isn’t the first time coming but surely my last. Front lady with the blonde hair tattoos and piercings and oversized lady didn’t even bother to acknowledge us. Other older lady was talking so loud “everybody and their mama” as she said could hear the conversations . Be professionals people this doesn’t look good on y’all .
