Great food. However, they somehow forgot what I ordered when I got to the window in the drive through. They had to ask me what I ordered again 🤦♂️ but they gave me a free drink to make up for it so 4 stars it is.

The burger was good, except for the pile of 5 pickles in a drippy lump. The fries also had a lump, but at least they were nicely salted. The ketchup cups are a joke, pic to follow soon. Also, unless you have an account with Spectrum, you're not getting free WiFi at this location.

If you want a good deal for a great meal; try Long John Silver's fish and fries. It's quick, hot, and crunchy tasty!

literally every part of the order was incorrect. I can forgive little things being off, but when all four burgers are very wrong, it seems like someone simply didn't care enough at the time to do their job.

Strange visit.... staff was nice. Place was empty. We ordered cheese curds and a root beer float ( A & W does it best). For how slow it seemed the dining room should be spotless but it was dirty and in need of a deep detailed cleaning. The whole time we sat there the young lady who helped us was in the kitchen laughing loudly over and over agian. She they were in the back being very loud as if no one was there. After a while a gentleman came out to check on us but I could not ignore the noises coming from the kitchen. Strange.

This place has cleaned up its act since the last review. We got a root beer float, chocolate shake and a cod sandwich. Service was extremely friendly and the sandwich was surprisingly tasty.
I was surprised that I didn't notice the smell of sewage, but I didn't fee the need to use the toilets.

Used the drive thru. At first I thought I was in the wrong drive thru cuz the server said, 'Welcome to Long John Silvers'. I was confused cuz I was looking for A&W. I started to back out then realized they are combined, so I pulled ahead again and asked if it was also A&W. Once that was cleared up, I placed my order. I drive ahead and had to wait for at least 5 min (it wasn't busy at all, but I figure they don't cook much A&W?) so I didn't say anything. I got home and the cheese curds I ordered were so over fried I could barely eat them. The flavor had been fried right out of them. The server was nice but I won't be visiting again. I did try calling to speak with a manager but it went straight to voicemail, which hasn't been set up yet.
